Great location and stay

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

Last min needed a rental. Hreat times away was super responsive. anything I needed was sent right away. condo was clean and comfortable. Definitely would visit again or stay in their other properties.

Perfect place to stay in for the weekend. Beautiful view, terrace is one love. The house is even better than at the pictures. Definitely would love to come back again. Thank you for flexible check in and check out.

a great thank you to Derby who was helpful and valuable in giving us advice, directions and help when we needed it. I recommend this apartment when you want to have a quiet landmark just a few minutes from NYC. Getting to NY is very simple and you have various solutions, we had a great time with NJ Transit app in checking the time of passage of the various buses to the stops very close to the Derby house. Very attentive in making the stay pleasant for its guests and the rest at night in full relaxation after days of visits to the city. I also recommend visiting Union City and New Jersey. We stayed at Liverty Park and enjoyed the beautiful skyline visible in various parts of the City. We stayed with an 8-year-old girl and Derby had a thousand attention for everyone. Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

Good place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the city.

Shante’s place is a great place to stay! Parking available, outdoor space, spacious inside, equipped kitchen, clean, and much more! Shante timely responded to my questions and comments. There is much to do within minutes drive from the home, and a trip to Manhattan a train ride away.

This is a perfect place to stay. Walkable distance to groceries, restaurants, public transportation. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. The unit is immaculately clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I have been here multiple times and feel like family here

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Newark! The space was perfect for our group—three bedrooms and two bathrooms that were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. The location was also a big highlight. Getting into downtown Newark or over to Manhattan was quick and easy, which made exploring the area super convenient. We did notice a bit more activity in the neighborhood over the weekend, but it all felt normal and nothing that made us uncomfortable. The host was fantastic—very kind, communicative, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place in Newark, with great access to NYC!

This was such a great location. Very comfortable homie vibe. My family really enjoyed this place and my fur baby did as well. There is very good variety of restaurants in the area. If you want to get to the city as well the bus stop is within walking distance. The host also responds very quickly and available to respond to any questions or concerns. My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )
