A delightful fisherman’s cottage just off the seafront. It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.

We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

370 Mumbles Road is located across from Mumbles Sea Front some 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of the village and 4 miles from Swansea City . Adjacent to the promenade and cycle path. The apartment is part of a four storey town house with private access down four steps to the lower ground floor . With our one double and a twin bedroom and also lounge sofa bed it can sleep up to 6 guests.
