We stayed with Herbert for 1 week and felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was very clean and Herbert gave us valuable insider tips for bike rides and eateries. Honestly we miss Alice and her place already and it’s only been a few hours. It’s a lovely place, such a wholesome homey feel. We came to do Ironman Austria. We checked in late no issue. The place has everything we needed: kitchen with everything to cook, a comfortable bed, A/C unit and peace and quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony relaxing and listening to the birds oh and there’s a deer that comes by. Alice is so friendly and quickaccommodating. Alice also has private lake access nearby. The water is so clean and clear. You walk through a private access building first where there are private changing areas then outside there’s showers and SUP. We chose to swim. June 17 we had the dock completely to ourselves. With the nice food in nearby restaurants and the pretzel place where there’s a wholesome family of swans feeding on a pretzel the old man had tied to a rope it was just simple and wholesome. With the mountains in the background and lush trees and clean water it was magic.

Very chic apartment. We liked the style. Unfortunately, we were only passing through (1 night), but could have stayed much longer. Very quiet surroundings... beautiful nature + great communication!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was pleasantly quiet, warm and very clean. Robert is also a great, very attentive host. I'd love to come back!
