The stay was great, the property was impeccable. Everything clean, everything tidy, just as we had imagined. Super ambience, great mountain panorama, simply breathtaking.

Very modern Brazilian style hotel. If you come in pairs, you should pay close attention to the bed size beforehand, we only had 1.40 width, but there is also room with 1.80 width.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. It was a great weekend. The accommodation was really great. The only small criticism is that it was a bit cold in the apartment even though the radiators were turned on. Otherwise, everything is tip top.

Very nice and clean apartment. There was nothing missing in the apartment, many small details were thought of that are not always self-evident. The communication between Jana& Adrian was very warm and helpful. The surrounding area is very beautiful with many hiking and excursion possibilities. We can recommend the apartment with a very good conscience.

We had a wonderful few days here. The apartment is wonderful, the most beautiful I have ever been in, very clean, very well equipped, modern and cozy. In the kitchen there is everything you need even sharp knives, which is very rare in vacation rentals. We would come back immediately. We all enjoyed it very much, highly recommended👍😊

Great place, super communicative host. Entrance is a little hard to find, you have to go up a little off the road. Everything is clearly and superbly described on the property.

It was just great In the evening, you could meet Sabine for a cup of tea in the kitchen. She is always in a good mood and just a great host :).

A stay in the house of Annemarie & Martin is highly recommended. It is very well equipped, very modern and definitely corresponds to the photos of the listing. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, roses and cake in the house. You have a beautiful view of Bregenz and Lake Constance. The lounge, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. Communication was very friendly, straightforward and accommodating from the beginning.
