Amazing place! Just as pictured. Incredible view. So relaxing and close to get to paragliding, funicular, and hiking, biking or just walking. Very clean, great amenities. Everything you need for cooking including oils, spices etc as well as espresso is in stocked kitchen. Stefan was readily available to answer questions and was there when we arrived. Would give 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Waltraud is the sweetest and warmest and kindest person I've ever met. I would recommend it to anyone. And if you're lucky, Waltraud will also sing you a song. At 97 years of age, great respect for how fit she is and how much she cares about her guests. She is very open and honest. You have the feeling you are coming home and as soon as you see it you can only smile. The view from the windows is fantastic and the surrounding area is very quiet. I'll be happy to come back. Beautiful accommodation very close to the Thermen Paradies‘, which is within walking distance. All around you are well supplied with discounters, so that necessary errands can be done quickly. The town can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Johanna is a super nice, proactive host and inquiries are generally answered quickly. We felt very comfortable - thank you so much!

It was really a super nice apartment! Everything as described. The kitchen was well equipped. It was generally very clean! Nermin is a super friendly and helpful landlord! The highlight is the terrace with the gas grill! Everything is just right here! Thank you so much!!!!

I stayed for 3 nights in Robert's beautiful apartment. Check-in independently and totally uncomplicated. Robert's daughter showed me around and explained everything. It was a very pleasant and friendly encounter. The apartment offers everything you need. I didn't miss anything. Everything is clean and tidy. Kitchen is very well equipped. All windows and patio doors are equipped with high-quality fly screens. The bed and linens are very cozy. Slept great. The highlight for me is the terrace. The weather was great and so I could use the terrace at any time, from a cozy breakfast to a picture-perfect sunset. The view of the beautiful garden is incredibly beautiful. So I can recommend this place 100%. Simply great!

I'm traveling for work. The apartment is absolutely suitable for working, cooking or just relaxing in the evening. The possibility to charge the car is great. The proximity to the A7 didn't bother me. Gladly come again

Very nice place, bit of everything. I spent my first week just visiting little towns within a 50 km radius. Ate like a pig, drank like a fish. PS .. you do of course need a car but parking is available right outside.

very warm welcome, friendly, open hosts. Ambience wonderful. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached in 1 minute from the castle. Very large garden. Very quiet location but excursions in all kinds of directions wonderfully feasible. Swimming lake 10 minutes by car. Anytime again, just beautiful!

We had a lovely stay in this cute and cozy apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to the center of Munich. Highly recommended!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

Very quiet location. Friendly owners. Nothing was missing. A very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Has a nice tiny house ambiance. I can only recommend it.

The house has an amazing location. We really enjoyed the large garden and the Brenz next door. In addition, you can ride bicycles excellently in the area. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. The house is very well maintained and clean and we didn't miss anything. We had relaxing days and a nice vacation!

We had a great stay and were able to do a lot from Prem by car. The house is original and cozy. For our two small children, the garden was also a dream and the toys available were great! We felt very comfortable. From one bedroom you could hear the street, but for the few nights that was fine. The other two bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely come back! Everything is as described, everything wonderful!

There is everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Those who love long walks/bike rides in nature will get their money's worth in the area. The communication with Daniel was excellent. It was a very nice stay. There was nothing missing and the apartment was clean. Generally very quite area. Check-in went smoothly. Personally, it was a bit too cold in the apartment and the temperature just didn't want to go up, according to the thermostat. Otherwise, I can really recommend the apartment, especially if you are not such a frostbite:) Photos are also representative, so you know what you're getting. Thumbs up from me.

We felt comfortable The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very large and equipped with everything you need. Check-in and check-out was very relaxed and communication with Diana was good. There is a Rewe nearby where you can get everything you need. The small bedroom is really very small and the bed just fits in. We enjoyed the time very much and would love to come back sometime!

I arrived to Ulm with my family. We felt welcomed from the beginning, with a nice welcome message and refreshments. I appreciated how many helpful instructions Uli&Holger provided in advance, but also inside the appartment. The place is easy to access and very cozy. Amenities are new and high quality. We had all we needed, including dish washer, well equiped kitchen, comfortable mattress and pillows. My 8 year old daughter loved the decorations and the comfortable couch and left her own review in the guest book :) Thank you for welcoming us, Uli&Holger!

I liked it because the house was so tidy. They were considerate of us so that we could comfortably use the first floor as a private house while traveling with our family. When you need help, they come and solve it right away, and the chat response is fast~~. Both of them were so kind. I booked it again on the last day of our trip~~:) Always happy. Thank you.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
