Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in University Place

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Great find. Photos don’t do it justice, looks drastically better in person. Right downtown and not far from NCL pier 66 so perfect location for anyone taking that cruise line. Pillows were trash but other than that great place, would book again!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

This apartment is incredible!! I had no idea that the whole window faced the Luman field. You can actually see apart of the grass. It was cozy, clean, had everything I needed, not to mention the gym that I used and the really cool rooftop terrace and lounge. I did some work up top while facing the city. Best view I’ve seen of Seattle be far. I was just in town for a concert at the WAMU theater and this was perfect. It was the most stress free stay I’ve had. Highly recommend for anyone attending sports events, concerts, pikes place, downtown, etc. I could walk everywhere and it felt very safe. Lyn is the dream host. I had everything I needed and she answered any questions I had. The biggest perk is that there was NO CLEANING instructions! How awesome is that?? I don’t see that a lot and it was so nice to have. Especially when rushing to the airport (20 minutes away.) Will stay again!

No chair. This is set back for someone who wants to work

Great communication and instructions for entry and checkout. Very walkable to major attractions - Pike Place Market, aquarium. 10 minute walk to get the monorail for the space needle and Chihuly Garden (which was spectacular!). Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Stayed for two nights for a concert at T-Mobile Park, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Super walkable, great access to Pike Place, the waterfront, venues, and restaurants. The unit itself is clean and neat; it was amazing to come back to such a comfortable bed after a long concert :)

This place is perfect for the city. You have access to all of the “things” and can easily hop on scooters or walk to whatever you need within 10 minute span. The home is sleek and had a great common area to watch tv and the sunset.

Pleasant bright space centrally located. It’s downtown Seattle — short walk to waterfront, Pike Place, Space Needle and restaurants. Very central. The only caveat is the an availability of groceries is limited. Fresh produce and seafood available at Pike Place and limited items at the convenience market. A great many and a great variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We did feel safe in the neighbourhood.

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect and the condo is quiet, clean, and safe. Raj was super helpful and very communicative throughout (as well as before and after!) the process. 10/10 would recommend.

The location was perfect! On the waterfront and close to everything. The hosts allowed us to check in early and were very responsive. The condo had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated!

Wow, what a view! This space is awesome! Nicely decorated. Comfy sofa. Well appointed kitchen. Loved the big bathtub! Very convenient to Pike Place, waterfront activities, and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend for anyone in the Seattle area.

The place was perfect for our vacation stay in Seattle! Excellent central location for walking to the most commonly visited tourist spots. We took full advantage of the courtyard and gym. My son said he slept "way better" on the pull-out sofa than he did in our earlier hotel stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Being met and provided instructions at check-in was helpful and checkout was a breeze.

Amazing location right in downtown Seattle—an easy walk to the boardwalk and iconic Pike Place Market. The space was exactly as described, it was perfect, and it felt open and comfortable. It was stylishly decorated with a cool, modern vibe. Communication was clear and easy throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great space to enjoy our Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for us and our dogs. The family loved it.

We stayed here with 4 under 4 and the kiddos loved it! There was soooo much for them to do at the house - they never wanted to leave to do other things. The hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. There is even more toys than the pictures! Beds were comfy & kitchen was very well stocked! We enjoyed playing on the playground too!

For my first time in Seattle this was an absolute pleasure to have as a home for a few days… near local restaurants and absolutely peaceful!!

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

The house was very nicely furnished and kept very clean. Everything felt cozy and at home. The surroundings were beautiful and a perfect place to visit to enjoy nature. And for the most part the hosts were very kind and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat on Harstine Island! The home is located in a quiet, gated community that felt very safe with easy access to the shared private beach and community clubhouse. The views from the house were absolutely stunning, especially with the beautiful blooming azeleas! It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the beauty of the Puget Sound. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was amazing and was a perfect fit for our group. There was lots of room for everyone, and the place was kept very clean. It was in a great location as well. We had lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby and didn’t have to travel long distances. We absolutely loved the home and would recommend for future booking.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!
