Lovely space in Ballard. Great location! We loved how walkable the area was- to restaurants, shopping, and nature! We enjoyed the fenced yard for the pups, the kitchen was well-stocked and clean. We also appreciated the desk for workspace. Sarah was responsive, very friendly, and helpful.

The place was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We really liked how well the house was managed and organized. What stood out the most was the excellent location—perfect for two families with a toddler. It was just a 10–15 minute drive to key attractions like the Space Needle, parks, beaches, and Pike Place Market. Highly recommend this place for family get-togethers, especially on busy weekends!

The home was wonderful, and the hosts were very kind, accommodating, and attentive for my weekend trip! They allowed me to check in early which was very appreciated! The home was clean and they were very helpful and responsive. My only issue was the upstairs neighbors being very loud at night, it was unexpected but the hosts did offer to help. Everything was close by and the parking spot, though tight, was very helpful because street can be hard to come by. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great location. Beautiful home. The backyard oasis was just what these road warriors needed once the sun broke out (hey, it’s Seattle ☔️) and it was perfect for our pooch. So nice to have a fully fenced space for her! She gave it four paws up! The kitchen is better-equipped than my own and the upstairs bedrooms are comfy and cozy. The en-suite in the master is absolutely adorable. It looks like an inviting mini-spa (but it is also so very handy for those, ahem, middle of the night potty needs). All of us loved the great location; so easy to drive to just about anywhere and also a great place to walk for food or fun. We enjoyed the Green Lake trail! All the while, Bridget was a responsive yet respectful host. We had no issues with the house as it was all well-communicated. We hope to enjoy this gem in the Emerald City again!

Our first time staying in Kirkland during our visit to Seattle. It was great. It was quieter, easier to park, really quaint downtown with lots of eating options, and yet our drives all around Seattle weren’t that long. Laura’s house was great, just like the pics. Clean, easy to park, quiet, and the deck area is super nice. Cassita was nice and private. And Laura was an excellent host - proactive and always available for questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Don’t think, just book. We stayed at Zihao’s and the pictures don’t do it justice. I would have rented it just for the view alone and every other floor was extra credit. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft and clean. The place is immaculate! This is up a fairly steep hill but so is much of Seattle. Once you walk down the hill you’re close to a grocery store, cute shops and restaurants. Using ride sharing and e-scooters was easy. Will definitely stay again!

A Bird’s Nest was the perfect little getaway for my partner and me. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy. We loved relaxing in the peaceful backyard, and the town nearby had plenty of great spots for food and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

Olga is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautiful and has a wonderful view. Always enjoy staying in the Newmark Building.

Check in was seamless and we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in town. The place was very cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will return to Tonia’s next time we are in Bainbridge!

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

Awesome location right by the lake. The back yard with the pool and hot tub were a great feature. Easy commute into the city.

Very clean unit. Bathrooms and kitchen were very new and clean. Ample towels and well appointed bedrooms. Kitchen well appointed with new items. Could use some large glasses for waters and ice trays.

We loved our stay at this lovely cabin! It was the perfect combination of secluded but centrally located to fun locations like the Olympic Peninsula and Bainbridge Island. The amenities were also great -- we appreciated the firepit and the hot tub, and we spent a lot of time reading and drinking coffee on the front porch. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this sweet cottage!

We are a family of four who spent eight fantastic nights at this property, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as described, and the location near SeaTac Airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning and late-night flights. It was also easy to explore both Seattle and Bellevue from here. The apartment complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with several pools. Cole and Ella provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and the Wi-Fi connection was flawless. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect for a first-time visit to Seattle! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our first trip to Seattle. The location was incredible—truly walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants, and sights. We hardly needed our car at all (walked 80% of the time), but it was such a relief to have secured off-street parking (garage) available when we did need it. We also travel with our dog, and this place was perfect for that! There was a nice, pet-friendly setup with easy access to outdoor space, which made things super convenient for quick walks and exercise. The amenities were great. The rental includes use of the pool, dry sauna, workout room and rooftop viewing deck —everything was clean, well-maintained, and a nice bonus after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seattle, especially if you want walkability, parking peace of mind, and a pet-friendly environment. Would definitely stay again!

Colin and Robin were super gracious and lovely hosts! I had to spontaneously relocate for a couple of weeks locally in seattle, and they were extremely helpful from first comms to the end of the stay! It’s a rad neighborhood with a ton to do, their place gives you an opportunity to recharge and relax only a few blocks away from the action so you can get going back out into the city. Super close to bus lines, light rail, food, bars, parks, live music. Very reasonably priced and couldn’t recommend more highly!

Our stay was fantastic. The place is exceptionally clean . Very good location and easy access to freeway and very safe neighbourhood. Host provided us with a charger that we forgot about. Thank you for hosting us .

We had a very wonderful stay .We stayed here for 3 nights . Tor was very responsive for whatever we needed. The house is very beautiful , clean and well maintained . We had a 8 month old with us and Tor and Kara were very kind enough to provide us with all the baby related amenities like bathtub, pack and play , Baby blankets and Diapers . Would definitely recommend this place .

We loved being near the city, but still tucked away in the trees. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot, so we weren't always scrambling around looking for one. It was close to the Univ of WA campus (where we were touring with our teen daughter) and also close to downtown for restaurants and other sight-seeing. Our teen loved the loft bedroom, and we loved having the downstairs master bedroom. Living room was a comfy place to relax after a long day, and we played some of the provided board games and watched movies. Great location... with a nice view of the water and bridge.

Kelly was an excellent host! very communicative, friendly, and flexible with our check in/out process. The place was well furnished and cute, and was a 30 minute walk to fun places to eat in Ballard. Location was a little loud next to a main street/staircase, but earplugs were provided, which was nice!

This is a really beautiful place! Because we visit our son at UW pretty regularly, we stay in many AirBNBs. This one is really above and beyond! The kitchen is really well appointed, which means a lot to us because we prefer to eat in. Everything is so clean; towels are great, as are sheets, extra pillows, etc. Our only complaint is that the blinds in the bedroom do not block out light, which with extended daylight hours in the spring and summer, is a bit harsh in the morning.

Malcolm's place was very nice. Parking was easy, finding the unit was also easy (it was also helpful that he just happened to be working in the yard when we arrived!). Rooms were very quiet and dark (which we like), but there was still sunshine coming through the windows of this basement unit when we wanted it. Fully appointed kitchen and bathroom - really no complaints.
