Our experience was pleasant, the apartment looked very nice and clean. We only stayed one night, but the experience was pleasant and comfortable, especially after a long day, getting to rest in that super comfortable bed, with the perfect temperature was simply fantastic.

This is such a lovely apartment with lots of space and light. I loved that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms as well as a toilet for the guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is impeccably clean and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its central location, in close proximity to some of Dar es Salaam’s finest restaurants, makes it an ideal choice for exploring the city. As a (expat) local, I can confidently say that this has become my favorite accommodation option. I look forward to returning frequently, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Bob for his exceptional hospitality. He is truly a fantastic host.

j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Charlotte avec ma petite famille et ma soeur de passage à Dar. le logement est chic, bien équipé et bien rangé l'hôte est acceuillante disponible et pro active bien qu'à distance, avec en plus la présence sur place d'une personne répondant à vos différentes préoccupations c'est top. Le bien est situé dans un immeuble moderne et sécurisé et dispose d'une boutique sur place c'est top ! seul hic c'est que l'appartement est différent de Celui bien photos, mais il reste très joli et de très bon standing. note spéciale pour Charlotte qui est une personne compréhensive et sait mettre à l'aise ses occupants. je recommande à 100% et n'hésiterai pas à réserver moi même.

This place is walkable and surrounds are good including restaurants, shopping center etc. Also very peaceful and quite at nights. Martin a responsive and proactive. I will definely plan to reserve again.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Loon ist eine super hilfsbereite, freundliche Person! Er ließ uns in seiner Küche kochen, damit wir seine Gewürze, Öl etc. benutzen konnten. Und er fuhr uns früh morgens sogar noch zum Flughafen! Ein toller Aufenthalt, danke!

What an amazing house Joyce has! Spacious, rustic with beach vibes and artistic decor. She made me feel like her family from a moment we've met. Meals together was a highlight of my stay. Got to know wonderful Joyce and other travellers from around the world and had a lot of giggles at the large round table at meal times 😃 The garden, beach and views are incredible. The cheff cooks the most delicious food ! I can't wait to come back with my sons 🥰❤️ Thank you Joyce for everything ❤️ ♥️ 💖

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

Fantastic place, I would highly recommended. The host is warm, responsive and extremely helpful. A lovely way to experience Dar. The house is clean and well maintained & the host was available for a walk through. I enjoyed my stay.

Riz is a gem! We absolutely loved our stay in his apartment. Very spacious various balconies and spotless clean! What stood out the most was the communication between Riz and me.
