Rashid was a great host, he responded to any questions I had within minutes. The two bedroom villa was booked so Rashid offered the three bedroom. The villa is newly built, and is 30 seconds from the beach. Housekeeping arrived the next day. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, and don’t expect to cook a full course in the kitchen. Great restaurants in walking distance without having to walk to the main road. I might be spoiled, but A/C would make this villa a 10 out of 10. I would rent again on my next Zanzibar visit.

I can only recommend the place, from communication to booking, to transportation from the airport to the welcome and accommodation to the apartment, we were happy with everything. The family apartment provides plenty of space and excellent cooking facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace is superbly adapted to relax in privacy thanks to the grown beautifully blooming bushes. Next, the generous breakfast included and 2 pools, at least one of which we had to ourselves at any time. The area is very well maintained, the pools are clean and the surroundings of the apartments are cared for. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as the beginning of the village, where you can shop for everything you need, and also observe the local life while walking. Thank you so much to the owners and the entire staff for a great stay.

The place matched the description and photos in every way. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with amenities that made my stay pleasant and smooth. The surrounding complex was serene and well-run. The host was responsive and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Our stay here was perfect- quiet and peaceful and safe - beautiful location easy walk to beach and restaurants- breakfast was always very good (could use a little variety/ but very good!!)

I have already started recommending Christine’s place to others I met on a boat ride and will keep doing so. I wished I knew of her place earlier I would have stayed there the entire time. So worth it. Lovely place

Listing is as described. I had stayed in another place in Stone Town during a previous stay but I prefer this one because it is more authentic and the host is very welcoming and warm, gave us restaurant recommendations to help us. The accommodation on the ground floor is a little dark because the windows are not open but it is because of the city center. Very well located

Our stay at Agatha's place was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and reliable in communication from the moment we made our booking, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The house was just as clean and well-maintained as advertised, situated in a safe area close to central locations and various activities. The caretaker was always available and eager to assist, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The house was fully equipped with electricity, water, and air conditioning, all of which worked flawlessly throughout our time there. Agatha is a fantastic host who ensures her guests have a wonderful experience. Her place is beautiful, affordable, and safe—a perfect choice for anyone looking for quality and comfort. The place was easy to find, safe and secure and with easy reach to nice restaurant in the masaki peninsular. The host was always easy to reach and her response time was pristine. Would highly recommend this place and definitely staying on my next visit

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! This is a peaceful little apartment that had everything we needed. A few floors upstairs. A/C, washer machine, and access to the roof with a view of the ocean. We walked on the beach.
