The villa our little paradise was newly built in 2021. In January 2025, the interior design and outdoor space were redesigned. Air conditioning installed March 2025. The villa invites you to relax. The pool is opaque and not visible from the outside – it is exclusively privately used by the guests. Some nearby resorts sweeten the vacation with their delicious cuisine. Kome beach garden is one of the two studio in one cottage each is a complete house and nothing to share with other studio. This studio is front one with no share ring with other cottage. We discovered our Eden, where the reality of the place exceeds the listing description. A beautiful discovery with a perfect balance between the modernity of the amenities, the design and the perfect harmony of the place with its natural environment (tropical fauna and flora) around the theme of eco-responsibility. The view from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking and transports us to a waking dream. As for the hosts, Karl and Salha, it's hard to do better. Always attentive, trying to find solutions to make our stay easier and what responsiveness. Perfect communication and additional services offered to further improve the experience (driver, local guide, cook, home massage, car rental brought directly to the accommodation...). In short, the best compromise between the services of a palace and the tranquility in the well-being of a private rental. We didn't want to leave, little paradise

Hey! Amazing stay. Joseph is incredible - give this man a raise or a promotion. Beautiful location. Was a little toasty at times with there not being any aircon but for those with a bare minimum determination to survive, the fans work pretty good. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well priced, central location to relax in and explore Paje from. Wish we made more use of the top level!

A gorgeous gem of a place located a minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. This place really offered a sense of serenity nestled away… The apartment was spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining area, and veranda where you can sometimes see the kites flying, and was a great place to chill with friends. The dogs are adorable and made the place feel like home. With so many activities in Paje this place was a miracle find to be so central to all the tours and sports on the island 🏝️. Thank you 🙏

The complex is a small paradise and is well maintained daily. The pool area is also beautifully designed and invites you to relax & swim. The apartment is nicely cut and completely sufficient for 2 guests, terrace and garden are also very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped overall, as is the bathroom, but there is no storage space in the shower itself. 2 tips on the edge: 1. There are no tabs/powder/salt for the dishwasher. If you don't want to wash yourself, it's best to bring tabs, as the existing powder is designed for washing machines and the dishes are not properly cleaned. 2. We recommend coffee drinkers to bring an express kettle or a French press, as there is no machine on site;-). We would definitely return as we felt very comfortable here and the landlords are very caring and friendly. Overall, the apartment is beautifully rented and reasonably priced.

We spent a perfect week in this small paradise, everything is made to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable. It combines the advantage of the Airbnb (privacy, space, private pool) with those of a hotel (very good food, daily cleaning). Internet is fast. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of activities in this area of Zanzibar (caves, kayaking, parks etc). I recommend 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's place. The ability to walk out directly to the beach was incredible - as well as the night bed! It was very clean and the flexible check-in worked out very well for us as we were running a little late. Overall, great stay and well worth it.

Spacious Paje Kite Apartment with large garden!

We had a wonderful stay at Airborne. It is located just outside the busy hotel strip of Paje but still within walking distance from the popular hotels and bars. We didn’t met Jan in person but his host Simon and Sophie were very attentive and responsive to our wishes. There is even a small ‘pool / bathtub’ to freshen up right next to the porch that we weren’t aware of. I followed my kite classes at Pro Sele Kiteschool, and my teacher Sule is also highly recommended. It is good to be aware that the accomodation is part of a larger compound of cottages, and the compound can seem a bit deserted at night, probably especially during the low season. However we felt comfortable walking at night from the beach to the compound (5 minutes from the seaside to the actual BnB).

Greg and Grace provided great support in advance. Greg was even so sweet and changed €100 for me so we didn't have to change money at the airport for an unfair course and were therefore taken care of for the first few days. We landed in Zanzibar in the middle of the night, the taxi organized by Greg picked us up at the airport and Grace was so kind to meet us in the morning. Both were always available via Whats App and gave us really very good tips on good restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself, the terrace with a hot tub and the illuminated pool area overlooking the sea, can be used almost 24/7. From the bedroom you have an incredible view of the sea and can really watch the most beautiful sunrises in the morning after waking up. On request you can have breakfast prepared, you can just make out the time and say what you want. So it was great too! We had a good time :)
