Rashid was a great host, he responded to any questions I had within minutes. The two bedroom villa was booked so Rashid offered the three bedroom. The villa is newly built, and is 30 seconds from the beach. Housekeeping arrived the next day. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, and don’t expect to cook a full course in the kitchen. Great restaurants in walking distance without having to walk to the main road. I might be spoiled, but A/C would make this villa a 10 out of 10. I would rent again on my next Zanzibar visit.

Mohu ubytování jen doporučit, od komunikace po rezervaci, přes odvoz z letiště až po přivítání a ubytování na apartmán, se vším jsme byli spokojeni. Rodinný apartmán poskytuje dostatek prostoru a vynikající vybavení pro vaření. Postele jsou velmi pohodlné a terasa skvěle uzpůsobená k odpočinku v soukromí díky vzrostlým nádherně kvetoucím keřům. Dále parádní byla velkorysá snídaně v ceně a 2 bazény, z nichž minimálně jeden z nich jsme měli kdykoliv jen pro sebe. Areál je velmi dobře udržovaný, bazény čisté a okolí apartmánů opečovávané. Na pláž je to asi 5 minut chůze a stejně tak na začátek vesnice, kde člověk může nakoupit vše, co potřebuje a navíc i při procházce pozorovat místní život. Moc děkujeme majitelům a celému personálu za skvělý pobyt.

The place matched the description and photos in every way. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with amenities that made my stay pleasant and smooth. The surrounding complex was serene and well-run. The host was responsive and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

appartamento molto curato con due split di aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, residence assolutamente sicuro, molto curato con una splendida enorme piscina da godere in assoluta tranquillità, con lettini comodissimi e ombrelloni. nel residence vi è una caffettiera dove è possibile fare colazione o pranzo (anche con delivery) a pagamento. Christine ha risposto sempre alle nostre richieste con prontezza e cordialità. WiFi buono che permette di lavorare con un portatile. TV con Netflix . Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato un bottiglione di 20 litri di acqua minerale a nostra disposizione. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la lavatrice dell'appartamento poiché era guasta ma all'ultimo piano del fabbricato è possibile usufruire di due lavatrici in comune. Sicuramente Christine provvederà a risolvere il problema per i prossimi ospiti. Ringraziamo Christine per il check out che ci ha permesso di riposare e affrontare con serenità il lungo viaggio di ritorno a casa.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Auch wenn man mittig von Jambiani und Paje liegt, finden sich viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch lokale Verkäufer und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, und abgesehen der Algen auch schön. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr grün, weshalb man viel Privatsphäre hat. Und durch zwei Pools ist es auch nie "voll". Das Frühstück war super, mit Obst, Ei, Saft und Joghurt und Paola war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben über Paola eine Tour und einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen und hatten auch sonst eine schöne Zeit in der Nyumbani Residence. Die Unterkunft selbst hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, weshalb manchmal der Wohnraum etwas warm war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besonders Highlight sind die süßen Katzen von Paola!

I have already started recommending Christine’s place to others I met on a boat ride and will keep doing so. I wished I knew of her place earlier I would have stayed there the entire time. So worth it. Lovely place

Fantastiska boende med underbar uteplats och härliga ytor. Hela stället andas lugn och bekvämlighet och poolen är underbar. Stranden ligger nära men är inte speciellt fin men det finns snabb och prisvärd transport till Paje som har en underbar strand. Skulle definitivt komna tillbaka och bo här igen.

Le logement correspond à la description. J’avais logé dans un autre logement à Stone Town lors d’un précédent séjour mais je préfère celui-ci car il est plus authentique et l’hôte est très accueillant et chaleureux, nous a donné des recommandations de restaurant pour nous aider. Les logements au rez de chaussée sont un peu sombre car les fenêtres ne sont pas ouvertes mais c’est à cause du centre ville. Très bien situé

Our stay at Agatha's place was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and reliable in communication from the moment we made our booking, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The house was just as clean and well-maintained as advertised, situated in a safe area close to central locations and various activities. The caretaker was always available and eager to assist, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The house was fully equipped with electricity, water, and air conditioning, all of which worked flawlessly throughout our time there. Agatha is a fantastic host who ensures her guests have a wonderful experience. Her place is beautiful, affordable, and safe—a perfect choice for anyone looking for quality and comfort. I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! This is a peaceful little apartment that had everything we needed. A few floors upstairs. A/C, washer machine, and access to the roof with a view of the ocean. We walked on the beach.
