beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Our romantic country house is located at the foot of Fanefjord Forest surrounde by only forrest and fields. There are 2 km to Vindebæk beach and about 5 km to Hårbølle beach and a reasonably large supermarket in Askeby. There is a small eatery in the forrest called Fanefjod Skovpavilion and Damme Kro in Askeby with traditional danish food and a nice Cafe at Hårbølle Harbour, it's all within biking distance and we have five bicycles for you to get around the beautiful and a bit hilly landscape.

Villa Maria VM 8 mit Balkon und Meerblick

Es gibt einen Flachbildschirm, Wifi und eine kleine Küche sowie Dusche/WC. Der Balkon hat Fenster, so kann man auch bei schlechterem Wetter die Aussicht auf die Ostsee genießen. Die Strandpromenade erreicht man in 1 Minute, bis zum Hafen sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Vom Bahnhof geht man ca. 30 Minuten zu uns. Eine Bushaltestelle oder Fahrradverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Kurabgabe beträgt in der Hauptsaison 1,50 €/Tag/Erwachsener, sonst 1,00 €.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Prora (Nähe Ostseebad Binz). Die Whg. ist ca. 42m2 groß und maximal für eine Familie mit einem größeren Kind oder einem Kleinkind oder max. 3 Erwachsenen geeignet. Ein SZ, WZ mit Küche und ein Wannenbad sind vorhanden. Stellplatz PKW im Carport (kostenpflichtig), separate Sitzecke mit Grill. Zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2015 neu möbliert und renoviert. Im Herbst 2017 sowie im Herbst 2018 und 2020 erfolgte eine Teilmodernisierung.

Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine (~ 35 qm) gemütliche Doppelhaushälfte auf der idyllischen Insel Ummanz, die über Rügen erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen eine Anreise mit dem Auto. Ein gut erzogener Hund bis Kniehöhe kann mitgebracht werden, bitte vor Buchung mit Angabe der Rasse anfragen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit Grillplatz, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Tieren (Ponys, Ziege, Kaninchen). Die 2. Doppelhaushälfte "Hase" kann ebenfalls gebucht werden.
