For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Drive to the sea - enjoy nature & tranquility on Rügen

Go to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 100-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on West Rügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are in the mood for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sitting in the sun in our courtyard or in winter turning on the tiled stove and enjoying a tea.

Relaxation by the sea for families

300m from the lagoon (Schapronzer Bodden), in a quiet area. A café/restaurant 300m away, another 5 cafés within cycling distance. Lots of fun in a short distance: Haflinger horse stables, adventure farm Kliewe, forest adventure trail, bike ride. Ideal for digital nomads, with a desk and fast internet. EV charger 250 m away. Ostseebad Binz can be reached in 35 minutes. Complete facilities including a terrace, sun beds and BBQ grill.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
