beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! I felt very comfortable in the apartment for a small private break in Stralsund and it was all great. Only a few pillows on the sofa and maybe a cuddly blanket were missing, but that's really complaining at a high level. Otherwise, everything you needed was there and also for cooking all the necessary utensils were available. I'd love to come back and thank you for the unproblematic and easy contact 😊🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

This charming listing is even better than advertised. Arrival instructions were clear and we arrived on a very cold day and the host had heated the apartment for us. Stepping in felt like a warm hug and it was easy to make ourselves at home. It's a beautiful property, full of light and a kitchen with enough gadgets and plates to make an elaborate meal. Sophie was an extremely communicative hostess, sharing relevant information and checking in occasionally. The town itself is very walkable, cute and full of friendly locals. If you have a car, definitely zip around to other towns and check out Binz, Göhren, Baabe, etc. Drive yourself to KARL's and enjoy an affordable lunch and all of the strawberry flavored treats and accessories that you can handle. Königsstuhl was a fun excursion and hike as well. After a full day out of sightseeing this penthouse was a perfect retreat and landing pad. Huge, plush couch, great tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect property for my first Ostsee visit.

A beautiful spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Usedom. Many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed linen was clean and towels were available in sufficient numbers. The large shower is also perfect if you are on site with small children. The only drawback: With our large bus, we did not get into the assigned parking space (personal bad luck). But right on the street we could always park without any problems. :) Conclusion: We booked right back at home.

Simply perfect. The apartment was like described and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and we had felt very welcome from the first minute. In addition, our dachshund lady was treated as a princess, ❤️ the location is also great: secluded, but very easy to reach by car, very quiet and you can hike from the apartment well.

We were 3 adults and 2 small dogs over New Year's Eve for 5 days in this home. It is decorated with so much love and we didn't miss anything. We loved the super fenced garden for our dogs to play and romp. Gabi welcomed us nicely and instructed us very well. Thanks for the great time
