Monthly Rentals in Umberleigh

We had a second very comfortable stay.The nights were below freezing , but the cottage was warm and cosy from arrival. Highly recommend Prospect Cottage , it’s in a lovely village with the wonderful Bell inn a few steps away.

We loved our stay at the Hide (7 days). The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do: National Trust locations and long walks along the coastal path and beaches. There is enough said about the stairs, and yes, they are a challenge, but if you take it slowly, no worries. The garden and area are wonderful and private. The owners Katherine and Tino very friendly and welcoming. We can surely recommend the Hide.

This is everything it looks like from the photos. The property is superb. A stylish and comfortable spacious living area with views from the floor to ceiling windows and a great big smart TV. Three lovely double bedrooms with really comfortable beds. Everything is finished to a high standard and is a lovely place to spend time when you're back from a day out - we chose to eat in every night and enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen area. This was our second stay and everything was a good as ever.

We had a wonderful time in the little barn. It was very peaceful with beautiful views. Geeta and Peter are excellent hosts. They were very helpful and obliging. Everyone was very friendly in the village too. Highly recommend.
