We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is beautiful with everything one could need. Everything was very clean. A very well stacked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. Franka welcomed us with a fruit basket, chocolates, a fridge with more than just essentials (milk, juice, wine, beer and water) and enough basics for making coffee and cooking and cleaning (enough dishwasher and washer tabs). We felt right at home. The little terrace outside is sheltered and there are even two lounge chairs with cushions. The apartment is even more spacious than shown in the pictures. There were enough towels for the week. The rooms are all very spacious and cute decorated. The tv had programs in Croatian, English and German. The sea shore and the Max Mall for shopping is about 500m away (about a 10 min walk). The area around the apartment is quiet and feels safe. Franka and her husband live upstairs and were available immediately when we had a question. This was our very first time in Croatia and we really enjoyed it.

The property is recommended in every respect. Alenka and Diego are great hosts, always helpful but not intrusive. We immediately felt comfortable. The view is simply fantastic and beautiful. We lacked nothing. It was very clean and well maintained. Parking is available at the property.

The place in Brzac is great, as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Dominik was always available for questions. The location is easily accessible, but there is not much going on in Brzac itself. Two taverns are within walking distance, in about 20 minutes (1.3 km). The path to the swimming area is quite arduous - but it's worth it. We had a great vacation and would like to take this opportunity to thank our host again.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Really top accommodation with private pool and barbecue area! Quiet but still very well located. Super friendly and helpful hosts who make you feel right at home! :)

All around it was a very nice vacation! The apartment and the outdoor area matched the photos. There were fresh figs, crêpes with chocolate and fig jam almost daily and even a farewell gift for everyone. The apartment is in a quiet location. But you can easily walk to several small supermarkets, restaurants, a very good bakery and playgrounds.

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

We had a great time. The place is close to beautiful beaches. By bus you are quickly in the city center of Pula. On foot it takes about 40 minutes. The place is lovingly decorated and very clean. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The property has a terrace with sea views. Benarda is a very warm host. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

Beautiful, clean villa. Many good restaurants nearby. We were satisfied with everything.

Lovely small, tastefully decorated and air-conditioned accommodation - perfect for two people. On the ground floor are living/dining room, as well as kitchen, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs the bedroom and bathroom. From the beautiful terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the quiet bay, via the garden you reach the beach, which is only 50 meters away. Hosts Ingrid and Daniele are very friendly and helpful at all times. Brio the house dog, whose content of life consists of constant foraging, has also grown very close to our hearts during the stay. We can recommend this place and the hosts and would love to come back anytime.

wonderful house with garden in a quiet area nearby the sea. beach and some good restaurants and bars in walking distance. house was perfect for us (3 adults, 2 kids). we can totally recommend a stay there
