Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ulu Tiram

I booked 2 nights of total 14 adults and 2 childrens and like to review Eric house very spacious can accommodate all of us with sufficient bedrooms and mattress. He also provided us with clean bath towels and also toothbrush set. He even provided free coffee tea soft drinks and instant noodles. Very good services. Also toilet are clean and don't seem to have sewage smell compared to the previous I booked. However I like to inform Eric to be more cautious on the cleaniness of stairways as when I first checked in I saw hairs and dust not properly cleaned and my 2 childrens they played and sit on it. But nevertheless Eric house is still recommended to stay and my next visit. Thank you Eric for allowing early and late check out and also the quick responsive reply whenever I need information.

Good host and good place, will repeat

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. A good place to stay

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

Nice place, spacious room, clean

like this unit with nice cooling balconey facing the pool. everything was clean and neat. appreciate the glass partition in the toilet to prevent water splashing everywhere.

Clara's place is exactly as described, clean and welcoming. Instructions given are clear and location is easy to find. Legoland is just right across the road, as is the mall where you can find food and grocer along with other activities for families and kids to enjoy. Clara is also courteous when responding to messages. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for a short Legoland visit.

Peace and quiet place.

Clean stay, when I say clean is an understatement. Mt Austin is nearby so is a good location to be staying at. Quiet surrounding too.

host was very friendly and responsive, she also provided recommendations while waiting for the check in. the location was great, within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants in mount austin. it's a plus if you like the da Tou lala pot!

This is my second time dealing with Gdragon Service..The house really match my expectation..I really love that the pool just nearby the house..my kids love it so much that they want to come again..Definitely we will come again..

everything perfect, clean room, worth for price, only problem is if u are in Block, it will take at least 15 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurants or eateries

Truly a kids' haven! Unique stay where kids play and adults chill. Well equipped with amenities as described. Just a walk over from Mall of Medini. Very convenient especially if you're heading to Legoland. Thanks!

Very responsive and friendly host! Location is good as well. Place is neat and tidy.

Appreciate Host for allowing late check-in. Always responsive and reply message promptly. The studio was exactly same as images posted and has a clean bathroom. Location is accessible to Paradigm Mall and Sutera Mall. Just across the airbnb, there is this Ah Biao famous Wanton Noodles and 24/7 KK Mart available. Has personal parking lot but Check-in a little troublesome as you need to exit as a Visitor to go to the mailbox to collect your pass AND then exit as a visitor to return pass, and Enter again via resident pass (same process for check-out). But overall still a convenient location and comfy stay. Thank you!

everything is great / perfect.. host also very responsive…only the lift waiting time make it not too perfect, it is not host full controlled things, but I think maybe host can proposed something to building management to improve the lift condition and waiting time.

Very helpful host. And clear directions on how to check in, how to get into the complex. Photos were exactly how the place looks like and it’s very relaxing and comfortable to stay in.

Seller was very responsive and give very clear instructions for check in/out Space was very clean and has a nice smell when enter the apartment. Living/Bed/Toilets are very clean and spotless. Location is very convenient too. Felt safe as there is a guard house.

Tucked away in the Taman Molek residential area with lots of good food options nearby, Sylvia’s place is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Andrew’s condo is immaculate. Everything has been so thoughtfully considered. It made for an exceptionally comfortable and safe stay. And Andrew is a very responsive and helpful communicator - even graciously accepting feedback. It’s only been 1 day, and my two teenagers are already asking to return!
