Monthly Rentals in Ultrå

We had a wonderful week in Patrik's house. The house was clean, new, modern and equipped with every comfort. It is only 10 minutes drive to Örnsköldvik which is a very nice place. We would definitely like to come back here!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in this fine cottage in December. Everything was to our liking and according to the listing. It was well maintained, clean and cozy. We had a great time and definitely recommend the cottage. Mattias is friendly and clear.

It was easy to find the location which is in a quiet area with townhouses and villas. The house is at the top of a hill and it was not so easy to drive up with the car (front wheel drive and studded tires). There is congratulations parking in front of the house which is a big plus. Then there is a wooden staircase with a few steps to get to the house itself. The house was very nice and clean and here is everything that may be needed. TV is not available. Good wifi. The first night was very cold. It turned out that the elements were turned off but when we contacted the next morning you arrived quickly and got help. Then there was no problem with the heat even though it was really cold outside. Everywhere a great experience and we would love to come back when the opportunity arises.
