Wild, beautiful and steep! Cabin with a fantastic view. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

This is an old farm where the family previously lived the entire summer and brought the animals to the mountains, so there is a lot of history in the walls! Cozy family cabin right by one of Norway's best trout rivers. Large terrace with seating and amazing views right out to the river and the mountains around. There is NO WIFI in the cabin. TV on the wall for connecting your own equipment. Very good 4G coverage in the area. This is our little family cabin and we hope you take good care of it during your stay. Cleaning must be done by the tenant, so that it looks clean and nice for the next guest.

Located at 930 meters above sea level, the ski conditions are guaranteed in winter, but there are also plenty of activities and swimming opportunities in summer. Well suited for families with children of all ages. Winter road up to the cabin, and ski in ski out (cross-country skiing).
