The apartment is tranquil and completely quiet on the street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 3rd floor above our second apartment, Captain's house, and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside towards Lake Constance. A short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We have a charging station for electric cars. The apartment is not suitable for small children. In this case, the 2nd apartment is more suitable.

Die Ferienwohnung ist 44 m² groß und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, einem separaten Schlafzimmer, einem eigenen Bad sowie einem Außensitzplatz. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Einrichtung sind hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wir möchten unseren Gästebereich der airbnb-Community anbieten, wenn wir ihn privat nicht nutzen. My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. Plenty of space for a vacation on Lake Constance in this spacious accommodation. The lake is within walking distance (about 1.5 km to the beach). Also a bakery 700 m, or supermarket 400 m. In the kitchen there is a stove & oven as well as a microwave. You can also work at the large table in the living room. In the bedroom there is also a work table. A crib can be provided on request.

Dear guests, Our apartment is located in the small beautiful Daisendorf and is perfect for relaxing from everyday life due to its location. It is part of a detached house where I live with my family. You have direct access to our spacious garden, which is surrounded by idyllic fields and a forest. Of course, you can share it. A parking space for your car is also included.

Haus Seefrieden - Accommodation with charm

Our house is located about 200 m from the lake on the edge of the Seefelder Aach nature reserve. The harbor and the town center can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes. Since our small guesthouse is a bit outdated, we started to carefully renovate it in winter 2018 and to turn some guest rooms into apartments. We are now looking forward to welcoming you!

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
