Great stay!

A very nice place to feel good. We lacked nothing. The hostess rounds off this impression very well with her hospitable manner. We had our bikes with us, for which there is even a separate and lockable shed. A private parking space for the car is also available. All in all, we had a great week at Sabine's. And if we go to Lake Constance again, we'd love to stay with Sabine again. We definitely recommend it.

We had a very nice time here. The apartment in the beautifully restored half-timbered house is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

Apartment was great, as there were shops, etc. Location was a dream because of the lake and surroundings. Lake Constance was also 15 minutes away, we were surfing, SUPing and in the high ropes course there is plenty to do with teenagers. We had a dog with us, greeting for the dog was great with treats, etc., for us there were different drinks. Stefan was our contact person, he responded to our questions very quickly. The only disadvantage was that when the dog had to go for a walk, you had to take the elevator, because it was on the 3rd floor, but we knew that from the beginning. Thanks for the wonderful time. We had a great time at Stefan‘s unit. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to get into holiday mode as soon as you get there incl basic supplies, 2 well maintained bikes, and kayaks with lifejackets ready to go. It’s about a 300 m walk to a (pebble) beach area that’s about as laid back and private as it gets on the lake. A large woodland area stretches from the doorstep all the way to Meersburg. There is a baker, a well stocked C store, and a fair range of hospitality businesses in the centre of Unteruhldingen about 20 minutes‘ walk away. This meant we hardly felt the need to go anywhere else at all. Particularly recommend Hotel Seehof and the gelateria next to the Minigolf. Even spectacular Birnau church is within reach of a leisurely 6 km walk. Thank you Stefan for all the care that has gone into making us feel right at home at this awesome place.

"Wonderfully cozy and absolutely clean!" The stay was completely successful! The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcomed and said goodbye to us very warmly. The studio was immaculately clean, lovingly decorated and in excellent condition. Many small details and attentions have further enhanced the positive overall impression. The surroundings also invite you to explore them on foot – it's really fun to discover the area in this way. Clear recommendation!

Very spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location near the lake. Florian is very friendly and accommodating. We spent a few very nice days in the apartment.

Old apartment renovated with a lot of love, pleasantly bright, very clean and fine living climate. For a family of 5 with a toddler, there are only 3 things we missed. 1. A kitchen would be pleasant for longer stays, 2. The beautiful wooden shelves should be attached to the wall, it would be a little safer with small children, 3. There should also be some thicker curtains with which you can darken the room a little, as there are no blinds and no shutters. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment 100% especially for adults. Rahel is a very conscientious landlady who cares a lot about her apartment and you can definitely feel that as a guest.

We had the most lovely stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Marion was excellent in recommending things to do and places for bike rentals. The accommodation was beautiful and in the perfect location. We will be back

We had a lovely vacation at Cornelia and Wolfgang's. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and has its own outdoor area with garden and view of Lake Constance. The garden is very lovingly designed and has a great herb bed which you can use. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and lacks nothing. From the fully equipped kitchen to the large bedroom closet, it has it all. We enjoyed being a guest of Cornelia and Wolfgang. And the two are a great host couple! Thank you so much for having us. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We found the fair prices of the mini-bar to be particularly positive – a great addition! Of course, because the hot tub and sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back! Best regards

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

it was great to stay on the real farm!

We used the place for a weekend away with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
