Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The bright 1 room apartment is furnished in industrial/retro style. A fully equipped kitchen and a cool welcome drink await you. 1.80 m double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request. Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! The lake is just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

Room to dream

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. This is your quiet, cosy and eco-friendly home at Lake Constance. The perfect location for your excursions to all the hot spots in the region. Enjoy the quiet village athmosphere in Daisendorf and have all the interesting places to visit just around the corner, and be also close to the ferry to Constance and Swizerland. The flat is equiped with all you need and welcomes EVERYONE (extra LGBTQ+-friendly).

Apartment with kitchen & air conditioning

Plenty of space for a vacation at Lake Constance in this spacious accommodation. The lake is within walking distance (about 1.5 km to the beach). Also, a bakery 700 m, or a supermarket 400 m. In the kitchen there is a stove & oven as well as a microwave. You can also work at the large table in the living room. There is also a work table in the bedroom. Cot can be provided on request.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100 m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and end the evening on the terrace. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

Haus Seefrieden - Accommodation with charm

Our house is located about 200 m from the lake on the edge of the Seefelder Aach nature reserve. The harbor and the town center can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes. Since our small guesthouse is a bit outdated, we started to carefully renovate it in winter 2018 and to turn some guest rooms into apartments. We are now looking forward to welcoming you!

Small cozy apartment 2 minutes to the lake

The room is very quiet and free of car noise. The view from the window faces west into blooming gardens. The room has new furniture, a new kitchen and is freshly renovated.
