The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

We were a group of 9, with 4 senior citizens and a 1 year old and I can't be happier that I chose Peeyoli, the Himalayan blossom for our stay near Bhimtal. The location has a beautiful Mountain View and is very close to the Naukuchhiyatal. The approach was a bit tricky but the caretaker met us near the lake and drove with us to guide us to the destination. Brigadier Balwant Singh was available and responded to all my queries before and during the trip and went beyond his way to provide recommendations to ensure we have a memorable experience. He arranged for a cook for us (on additional charges) which was totally worth it considering the varied age groups we were travelling with. The house was well maintained with all amenities as mentioned. The in-house staff was particularly friendly (Hem ji, Shyam ji), offered help with my son's birthday preparations, cooked special meal for dinner and even sent a surprise bday cake which made us all feel special :) Highly Recommended! ♥️

Aditi was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed before and during my stay. The check-in process was super easy, and they even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Househelp service was also top notch. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, Shatakshi and her family was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

Had an amazing stay at the Apartment by Roamhome in Naukuchiatal! The place is perfect for a getaway with friends – spacious, clean, and surrounded by serene nature. The place is well maintained homelike. The surrounding is very peaceful, with a flowery garden. Host is very polite and helpful. Pet friendly, and good place for pets to chill in secured area. The home served food is very authentic, with a few good cafes nearby if needed. Overall great stay, for my pet Muchos(cat) too.

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
