I had a wonderful stay at Apoorv’s place! The property is nestled in a beautiful orchard, making it feel like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Everything about the space was charming and well-kept, offering the perfect balance of comfort and rustic beauty. The food was another highlight—delicious, homely, and clearly made with love. All meals felt like it came straight from a family kitchen, and it really added to the overall experience. Apoorv is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and full of great local insights. We've travelled to 18 countries and explored nearly every corner of India. Drawing from that experience, I'd like to share some info. Kais Ville is the epicentre of the tourist places in Kullu Valley. It's a posh locality with a clubhouse. The flat is well-ventilated and filled with natural daylight. Every room has a gallery with a stunning view. Bedrooms have cosy beds, fans, AC, room heaters, clean bedding, and wardrobes. Bathrooms are fully equipped and clean. The flat is well decorated and open on two sides. It has a TV, Wifi, a dining table, sofa set, gas, water purifier, geyser, induction, fridge, pan, plates, cooker, spoons, mixer grinder, electric kettle, washing machine etc. House help is available at reasonable rates. You can find groceries conveniently located right in front of the main gate Priyanshu is an exceptional host; he is humble and incredibly helpful. He will ensure that your stay is memorable and comfortable, making you feel as if you are at home in Kais

The host, Teshu was extremely friendly and welcoming. He met me at the road and helped me down to the beautiful private cabin. I was worried there wouldn’t be any restaurants on the area, but Teshu and his brother cooked all the meals which made the stay super easy. We also went paragliding which was by far the highlight of the trip in Thachi Valley! Thank you for the stay. Highly recommend!! :)

The secret cottage felt like home away from home. The cottage is cozy, well equipped and clean. Getting to witness some off season snowfall was a treat ! Mr. Suri is a kind and helpful host with great tips and suggestions. There are some great restaurants only a few minutes away, and also the river just a walk down the road from the cottage. Getting to the place from Delhi was a breeze with the new roads and tunnels and took only about 8.5 hours ! The location is great too - you can access alot of places in the valley while staying in a calm and peaceful spot (away from the tourist rush). Loved every minute of my time there and hope to be back again soon!

The house is suited for a comfortable long term stay. It's inside a society and highly accessible and safe for the elderly and children. It is very well furnished and equipped. You can buy supplies from the shops next to the society gate and cook yourself or hire a cook from within the society. You can also order food in from Kullu. Praveen was highly responsive and understanding. He communicated his expectations upfront and happily accommodated requests when reasonable. I would love to stay here again for a long time period.

The house itself is peaceful and has a beautiful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in nature. Gita, the housekeeper, is a lovely lady who keeps everything clean and in order with a warm smile. Gurmeet's place in Kais is beautiful. its two story standalone property having on road but safe parking. Place is 10 km from Kullu and about 25 km From Manali. Gurmeet, her husband and their two children are one of the best host. Stay has full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals, host can provide you delicious homemade meals if you prefers so. They also undertake treks and have good knowledge of surrounding landscape. property has beautiful garden and has uninterrupted view of river and mountains. Terrace view is awesome. Family as well as group can enjoy stay at properry since Gurmeet and her family is friedly and one can chat during meal preparation. I will recommend to stay at property for at least 3-4 days so that you can enjoy Kullu, Manali which are within hour reach. Also one can use this property as night halt on way to Leh, to and pro. I did visit attractions in Kullu on first day, manali on second , Did Bijli mahadev trek and Jispa on last.
