Vacation rentals with lake access in Udham Singh Nagar

My recent stay at Tarun's villa was fantastic! The space was beautiful , clean, and the host's hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting here

Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our large group, offering clean and spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated everyone. The location was fantastic, especially being so close to Kainchi Dham, which was a highlight of our trip. We were particularly impressed with the delicious food provided – it was a real treat! Parking was ample, easily fitting our three cars, which was a huge plus. A special thank you to Kailash, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. And to Shubham, the host, for his sweet and welcoming demeanor; he made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely return!

The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

This was one of our best AirBnB experiences! The location is perfect with the lake right in front of the cottage. The house itself is very cosy and tastefully done up. They have a microwave and fridge so you can be fairly independent as well. The area is comfortable for a family or close friends traveling together. Kumkum Ma'am and Hari Sir are absolutely the best hosts. They are very warm and caring and go out of their way to help you. They have the most interesting stories that keep you entertained. We had a personal emergency and Hari Sir ensured we got all the help we could get. He spoke to his family and with his vast local network, we were able to solve the problem very easily. We were so grateful for his help and guidance. The caretaker Nandanji and his family are very helpful and take care of every need. The food he makes is very delicious and you can ask him to make as per your tastes and preferences. We traveled with a toddler and a dog and all of us had a wonderful time. We can safely say that we will be staying with them every time we head for a vacation in that area!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The peaceful and scenic surroundings were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and washrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Diksha was super responsive and provided clear instructions, making our check-in seamless. The real highlight was the incredible cooking by the caretaker's wife! 🍴 Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and satisfying. Bhagwan Das, the caretaker, was also very supportive and helpful. The property is well-laid out, with a spacious kitchen and dining area on the first floor and cozy rooms on the second floor. The beds were excellent, and the washrooms were big and clean. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the balcony's unique perk - we got to witness a hot air balloon activity up close! 🌟 We were mesmerized by the breathtaking views from the comfort of our own home. We're just 700 meters from the lake, with a great market along the way for daily essentials and medical shops.

This place is worth the money spent. Pros - has a well maintained garden and ample open space to sit back and relax. Parking is in the property itself. Spacious rooms, full fledged kitchen, we made our own meals. Clean bathrooms. Feels like a home. Cons - Tricky and steep road to the property. But it’s already mentioned in the description so can’t complain. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only thing required is a good driver and a high ground clearance car.

Firstly, the place is even better than photos. Secondly, everything was just perfect, all amenities were available. Thirdly, location is also very convenient to reach and to explore Nainital. Fourthly, caretaker is also very helpful. Only singular issue was that some cleaning was required in 3rd bathroom. Overall very nice stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and what truly stood out was the absolutely stunning view of Naini Lake..right from the bed and balcony. The location is quite convenient too, just a 10-minute walk down a public staircase to Mall Road and the lake. Pallavi was a great host, always available with the right information at the right time. Caretaker Geeta, was also lovely and responsive whenever we needed assistance. A few things to keep in mind.. access to the homestay is physically challenging. one has to climb down over 100 steep steps from the parking area, and the climb back up can feel like a marathon (though staff is available to help with luggage). It's also advisable to have a clear understanding with the host regarding available amenities. Google Maps location on Airbnb was slightly off. Ask for correct location to avoid making a u-turn on narrow road with steep slope. Our stay was memorable.. the view alone makes it worth coming back. Will definitely visit again!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. Location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

The place is very nice. This is exactly similar to the photos. The place is very cozy. Special thanks to Ravi for being so proactive on the chat and call. Naveen ji was also very helpful and had exceptional service.

It was an absolute delight to stay here. The location is perfect bringing in a blend of peace and excitement. It is at a hop skip and jump distance from the lake and all eateries. The place was spick and span when we arrived and the host was very active and responsive for any kind of help or support. We have recommended the place to our family and friends already!!! Shout out to the host Mr. Preet, always greeting us with a smile, who has been just a call away for any help or support that we needed during our stay!

Over all everything was good as described, Chef and staff members were nice providing tasty meals and offering help when needed, Nani lake view from the balcony & room's as well, Foggy cool weather early mornings giving fresh vibes, which made traveling and expenses worthy . . . !

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Hidden Cove hosted by Danish! The property offers stunning views of paragliders soaring through the sky and lush, picturesque mountains – truly a feast for the eyes. The large garden area was perfect for relaxing, and the spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort for our family. The grand balcony was an added bonus, offering an ideal spot to take in the breathtaking surroundings. We also want to express our appreciation for the delicious home-cooked meals that Danish prepared for us—every meal was a treat and truly enhanced our experience. A huge thank you to Danish for being such a wonderful host, making our stay so special and memorable. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful and calm place to spend a low-key vacation. The caretaker Sanjay was extremely responsive and pampered us with great food, barbeque and bonfire. Felt like home, would certainly recommend staying here.

We were a large group who booked both Nityas cottages and a room. The woodpecker specifically was a sweet little spot with two rooms on the first floor. It’s a compact cottage great for a family of 4. With extra beds you can go upto 5 comfortably. The garden was lovely and the views were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff were of great help and sincere. Nitya is a really warm, welcoming and helpful host! The cafe is beautiful - full of books, and the food is EXCELLENT!

We had a beautiful time staying at this place. The house is beautifully decorated and has a great view. Kids enjoyed specially the loft area which became their playing area. The property is well described. Vijay the host is very friendly and responsive, he also helped a lot with local recommendations and almost became our guide 🙂. With his recommendation, we spent a day in Sattal which was a serene experience. The only suggestion is to have a in house restraunt which will be like icing in the cake. Thank you for hosting us.

This air bnb is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for relaxing with family/dear ones or working remotely. But what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view of the lake, the small lawn outside and space outside to stroll around. The nice eateries are all close by… Ruchir has been very helpful and Ganga the caretaker is a cheerful lady. Overall a satisfactory and fruitful stay.
