It has been grate stay. House rented by me was good to stay and sufficient animates to cook food and all. it has been beautiful surrounding, Views and calm place. I personally recommend to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Vipin’s place for 3 days with my family. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing us with a taxi driver’s contact, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The property was spotless and situated in a beautiful location with stunning views. It was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our group, offering both comfort and ease throughout our stay. The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

great place for love staying there

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Let me explain in detail way., location: The best for calm & peacefulness, very nearby to bhimtal & approx 17kms to Nainital. No traffic, No honking ( nearby shops & restaurants available - less than 1km). Places to visit: Other than Nainital many places you can visit peacefully here. like bhimtal lake, sat tal, garur tal, Naukuchiatal (best for para gliding & water activities), Kanchi dham etc., (for Nainital places you should travel & comeback - plan accordingly) One of the highlights of our trip was an evening spent grilling barbecue (own preparation) by a cozy bonfire (chargeable but worthy). The cool temp made it the perfect and making memories with friends. Special thanks to the co-host Deepak, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. he's so good

Our stay at Plumeria, Deodar Cottages in Sattal, booked through Airbnb, was perfect for our visit to Neem Karoli Dham. The cottage’s scenic surroundings and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal place for a family getaway. The property was exactly as shown, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals. Our host, Shomya, was wonderful, responsive, and even provided indoor games that our child loved, adding a thoughtful touch. Located conveniently, it took only 35 minutes to reach Neem Karoli Dham, 20 minutes to Bhimtal, and 45 minutes to Nainital. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a homely retreat amidst nature, close to major attractions. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The place itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. What truly sets this apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality provided by Shivani Ji. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accessible Shivani Ji was throughout my visit. Whether it was recommending local eateries or offering assistance with any issues that arose, she was always just a call away, which gave me peace of mind knowing that help was readily available if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

The location was perfect for exploring [local attractions or neighborhood], and I especially enjoyed the view. Communication with host was seamless. This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!

Parking space is available and kitchen is in good condition with pots and pans . Host is proactive and the caretaker is friendly and quick responsive.
