Antonella and Franco are extremely friendly and available hosts. Despite our late arrival due to a car breakdown, they welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us around the apartment. The apartment is very pleasant to live in. All the necessary equipment for everyday life, very good bedding, very clean and the view is exceptional from the large terrace. It is also very well located. You can visit several nearby towns like Biella, Milan and Lake Orta 😍 You can do your shopping just 5 minutes away by car. And the big plus, Pray has a very nice pool for a small town. We will return to Antonella and Franco's with great pleasure.

Accommodation in a strategic location for Oasi Zegna. Maura was very friendly, the accommodation was warm and clean and full of children's games that my 2½-year-old son loved. In addition, the terrace overlooks a field with soccer goals and slides; spectacular! We will definitely be back

We were looking for a quiet accommodation away from the chaos of the city, it was the right choice! Perfect location to get around on foot; Anna was super helpful and kind to recommend the areas to visit and the trails to walk.
