Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Übersee

Fantastic location in the Old Town of Salzburg. There are many stairs to get up to the entrance, but after hiking in the hills for a week this wasn't too bad. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge am "schönsten Ende der Welt". Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Die Gastgeber Conni und Christian sind herzensgute Menschen, bei denen man sich sofort heimelig fühlt und die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Man merkt einfach, dass sie mit Hingabe dabei sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden das Basecamp definitiv weiterempfehlen und sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well furnished. It’s truly a home away from home, with a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room with a single bed. The layout can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More importantly, the apartment is within walking distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or carrying large bags. The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Salzburg.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Julikas Unterkunft sehr genossen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Trip benötigt haben. Die Wohnung liegt äußerst ruhig genau gegenüber Schloss Hohenaschau, ein toller Anblick. Der geräumige Balkon bietet auch einen schönen Blick. Das Apartment war von der Lage her ideal, um den ein oder anderen Ausflug zustarten (die Kampenwandbahn startet quasi hinter der Wohnung, Prien und die Abfahrt nach Herrenchiemsee waren nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt). Im Dorf selbst findet man innerhalb weniger Fahrminuten alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Genau neben dem Grundstück ist ein Wirtshaus mit guten Preisen und wirklich mächtigen Portionen. Dieses wurde von Julika empfohlen und wir können diese Empfehlung nur weitergeben. Leider reicht die Zeit nicht, um das großzügige Angebot an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen voll wahrzunehmen. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen müssen und hoffen, dann wieder in diesem tollen Apartment unterzukommen.

Wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen und hatten die ganze Zeit über eine richtig netten Kontkt mit Karin und ihrem Mann. Die Wohnung war top und hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, man kann richtig schöne Ausflüge, zu Fuß oder mit Öffis oder Auto unternehmen und danach auf dem Balkon den tollen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Der Erholungseffekt stellt sich so schnell ein, dass man prima abschalten kann. Vielen Dank hierfür!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb and after having stayed at another lodge in the past 2 years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! 
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by Daniela, who made us feel right at home.The listing was extremely clean, every corner of the place was spotless. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen.
The location is also perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings. With breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream, and nearby activities, it was the ideal getaway. We truly appreciated the Daniela’s tips for local attractions which enhanced our stay even further.The listing included all the amenities one could possibly need and an amazing sauna, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable long stay. If you're looking for a perfect getaway in a stunning place in Austria, this is the place to be! 5 star experience and we hope to go back!

Great apartment, only 3-5mins walk to the cathedral and right by access to the castle. The apartment was spacious, quiet, had great amenities (including access to a washing machine and dryer). Our host was responsive to all questions and his instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-in. A folder of local info would have been useful, but overall a great stay and a great host.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser wunderschönen und modernen Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das absolute Highlight war der Innenpool – bei dem eher schlechten Wetter war er genau das Richtige, um trotzdem Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen zu lassen. Die Wassertemperatur lag konstant zwischen 31 und 34 Grad, was das Schwimmen besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Mariola war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns ein mobiles Babybett angeboten und bereitgestellt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die Sauna im Keller war toll, sie braucht zwar etwas, bis sie richtig warm ist, aber wenn man ein bisschen Geduld mitbringt, wird es ein richtig schönes Sauna Erlebnis. Durch die Größe der Sauna können auch mehrere Personen gleichzeitig entspannen. Leider konnten wir den Außenpool wetterbedingt nicht wirklich nutzen, aber bei besserem Wetter wäre auch dieser sicher ein Highlight gewesen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Das kleine Idyll war für 4 Erwachsene etwas eng, man kann es aber auch einfach muggelig und gemütlich nennen. Das Rauschen der Autobahn ist so unterschwellig, dass man es gar nicht wahrnimmt. Und somit bekommt man ein wirklich süßes Häuschen überall gespickt mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Das hier ist noch ein echtes AirBnB, in dem man sich willkommen fühlt und bei dem sich die Besitzer*innen Gedanken gemacht haben. Der urige Stil trügt positiv, denn das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut mit Ladestationen, Küchentechnik und Co ausgestattet. Eine Tür mehr, die die Schlafbereiche voneinander trennt, würde ich dem Haus jedoch gönnen. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Gastfreundschaft. War wirklich schön bei euch.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

Wir (4 Herren) waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende zum Wandern in Ruhpolding. Die Unterkunft hatte eine optimale Größe für uns 4. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten uns bzgl. der Breite der Schlafcouch leider keine richtigen Gedanken gemacht, sodass es für 2 von uns doch etwas eng war. Statt nach dem Motto "Pech gehabt" zu reagieren haben uns die beiden direkt Abhilfe geschaffen und eine Lösung herbeigeführt. Total super und absolut nicht selbstverständlich!! 😍 Man konnte sich immer darauf verlassen, dass man bei Fragen zeitnah eine Antwort bekommen hat. Die Kommunikation und Organisation generell war super entspannt und zuverlässig. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern!

Evelyn was very receptive with all communications prior to our arrival. She provided very detailed instructions on the self check-in process, which went very smoothly. The apartment has all the required amenities, was clean and spacious. Its location provides easy access to the Salzburg Castle, the city itself, shops, supermarkets restaurants, etc. We stayed for two days and the cost was extremely competitive when compared to other accommodation places. We also had three bicycles which we were able to store securely in the seller for the duration of our day. I would have liked to have met Evelyn in person, but I understand that people may wish to keep their business separate from their private lives. I have no complaints whatsoever about our stay at this accommodation.

Stayed with a group of 4 people total. There was plenty of room, very clean and organized spot, and a great/safe location. The hosts were very responsive, offered recommendations, and were easy to communicate with! Very peaceful and walkable.

Nadine’s place is beautiful! Located in a peaceful and breathtaking little neighborhood, Nadine was always responsive and very friendly, it was a very nice stay.

This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!

Andrea est une personne réactive à nos interrogations avant l'arrivée dans le logement : utilisation des transports à Munich, indications pour arriver au logement et sur les commerces alentours, grande plage horaire d'arrivée (appréciable lorsqu'on vient de loin ! ). Le logement était propre, lumineux, très bien équipé. Andrea est une personne sympathique et prête à rendre service. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas breves vacaciones. Un balcón que invita a la reflexión. El paisaje es tan atrapante!! Un lugar paradisíaco. La ubicación es muy buena para acceder al bus (a la vuela de la esquina) que acerca a la estación donde se toma el otro bus para ir al Nido del Águila. Nosotros fuimos en auto a Berchtesgaden y fui muy sencillo llegar. Es decir tiene todo para ser recomendado: departamento completo, lugar paradisíaco, fácil acceso al pueblo. Además Tania siempre estuvo en contacto para facilitarnos las cosas.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
