Newly renovated penthouse on one of Jaén's main avenues. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding ceiling for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care in providing a quality rest, with a high end Flex mattress 160cm and good pillows and sheets. Bus and taxis stop right off at the side of the gate.

The accommodation is just like the photos and description and is perfectly maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent. Having parking is ideal Perfect and prompt communication with Toni. If we go back to Jaén, we'll definitely stay here again.

Juan Luis welcomed us very warmly. We received 10l of drinking water, extra virgin olive oil from the area and other amenities. The property is unique. Endless space to linger, illuminated outdoor area, small pretty pool. If you want to experience peace, nature, hiking and good food, this is the place. The grounds were renovated and furnished with a lot of passion. We will definitely be back! Maybe with friends, there's plenty of space. Thank you for this unforgettable stay. We stayed 5 nights. Carlos was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is very close to Corte Inglés for any needs, such as more Tassimo coffee pods for the coffee maker, and stocking up the kitchen in general. Very comfortable space for lazing about. Steps from Parque de Concordia as well as the main bus station. Several restaurants nearby including right next door to Michelin rated Restaurante Casa Antonio. The available parking is great but it is through a super narrow historic archway, so if you’re renting a car, rent a small one :)

We were a family of three for the weekend in Úbeda. The stay was very good, the apartment has a great location and despite being in the center of the city, we found parking at the door of the house. The host offered us a lot of flexibility for check-in. In addition, he was always in contact with us. The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and had a great detail when leaving us a breakfast as a reception.

I loved staying in this apartment, a perfect place to disconnect. The apartment is spectacular, small but cozy with amazing views of the village and the mountains, and being able to enjoy them from the jacuzzi was the best. Isabel was helpful at all times and prepared everything for an intimate and perfect stay. I highly recommend it!
