Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tyrrhenian Sea

Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

d'abord merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et à sa disponibilité. Le plus: un parking est disponible en sous sol ce qui, pour un appartement en centre ville, est très précieux. la situation du bien est exceptionnelle avec une grande terrasse face à la mer ou l on peut prendre les repas. Le centre ville est à 5mn à pied et le vieux Menton à 15mn toujours a pied. L appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé

Francesco’s apartment was great for our 2 night stay in Lucca (we wish it was longer, the town is wonderful). The location was great with many restaurants and bars nearby and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the wall for a nice walk around the city. The apartment is very comfortable and plenty big for the two of us. It has all the necessary essentials. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was very relaxing with excellent water pressure. Two bonuses are the patio overlooking a park and the town to sit and relax and parking with the city walls. The building is quiet. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement spacieux en rez-de-chaussée. Tout y est, et bien pensé. Proximité d'un supermarché et dépôt de pain. Surtout proche de la ville de Saint-Florent. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander et à y revenir.

De Villa's Vallée zijn hun 5 sterren meer dan waard. De ligging en de omgeving is bijzonder, in de bergen met een geweldig uitzicht rondom. De buitenruimte met zeer ruime carport, groot, elektrisch bedienbaar hek, mooie veranda rondom, terrassen, zwembad, tuin en buitenkeuken ademen luxe, ruimte en comfort. De binnenruimte is uiterst comfortabel, strak en modern, het ontbreekt je aan niets. Wij kwamen er voor rust en natuur, om te genieten van de zon, het zwembad en het spectaculaire uitzicht rondom. Winkels, restaurants en activiteiten zijn alleen bereikbaar per auto. Emmanuel is een buitengewoon sympathieke gastheer, die je met raad en daad bijstaat. Wij hebben genoten!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus von Sophie, das super geschnitten und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist. Ein großes Plus ist der abgeschlossene Garten, in dem unsere beiden kleinen Hunde gefahrlos rumlaufen konnten. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung. Einkäufe und Strandbesuche waren fussläufig zu erledigen. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Der whirlpool war das Highlight. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig, der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer top! Mit dem Auto sind Hyeres, die Halbinsel Giens und die Fähren nach Porquerolles und Port Cros in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Philippe ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Klare Empfehlung!

Logement paisible, propre situé dans un joli village proche de la mer mais aussi de la montagne. Beaucoup de commodités et literie correcte... tout ce que je recherchais pour de belles vacances ! Merci Françoise

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo e rilassante soggiorno. La villa è arredata con gusto, pulita e molto confortevole. Ciascuna delle 4 camere da letto ha un bagno privato. La vista è splendida e la zona estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Françoise e Didier sono stati accoglienti, estremamente reattivi e sempre disponibili. Una splendida sistemazione che raccomandiamo ad una famiglia numerosa o ad un gruppo di amici.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jérôme. C'est très bien situé (on peut aller à pied au village) tout en étant calme et spacieux. La maison était impeccable et accueillante.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We had two rainy days in Nice but that wasn't an issue because we felt at home at Irina's place. The view from the balcony is fantastic. It was bit challenging in the evening to find a parking spot but public parking spots are close by. So we always found one.

L’appartement de Calvin est une vraie pépite. Tout est neuf, bien équipé, avec une attention portée au moindre détail pour garantir un séjour confortable – jusqu’au garage, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le canapé-lit (souvent décevant ailleurs) est ici de très bonne qualité, avec un vrai matelas : nous avons très bien dormi. La plage est à 15-20 minutes à pied, et les commerces à seulement 7-10 minutes. Calvin nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, que ce soit l’appartement ou les endroits à voir aux alentours. Il est très réactif et arrangeant. Le jacuzzi et le barbecue sur la belle terrasse sont aussi de chouettes ajouts pour les connaisseurs. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, c’est un excellent choix !
