The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Our guesthouse is located in one of the original garden pavilions of the villa. Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
