Cottage vacation rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

I have already had the opportunity to visit Emmanuelle and I am never disappointed. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation perfect and Emmanuelle is a thoughtful host. I can only recommend it and hope to come back soon.

We had a great stay here. The views are simply fantastic and the terrace and nice livingroom really allow you to soak it up. The nearby beaches are pristine and secluded. we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with Caroline for 10 days. She is a really sweet and welcoming hostess. We felt very welcome right from the start. Our 8-year-old son thought it was really nice with the sweet friendly cats that lived with Caroline. The house and the area are really nice, but there is a lot of traffic past the house.

We had an amazing time at Nicola und Nicoletta‘s place with our three kids ! They are amazing and caring hosts and help wherever they can! They house, pool and garden are very beautiful! We enjoyed the Zingaro Nationalpark with its beautiful beaches and hikes a lot!

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

This place is truly a 10/10. I’ve stayed at dozens of BNBs over this year and I have to say that this is one of my absolute favorites. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the nature to the spaciousness, is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nestled quite far into the mountains so whenever we went on day trips like to Pienza or Pitigliano, it was always around an hour drive or more.

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Olga's place. The small cottage is furnished with a lot of love for detail and nothing is missing. The terrace and pool are located in a very nice well-kept garden. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and Olga was always easy to reach. She welcomed us with food for the first time. In particular, we were pleased with the delicious homemade cakes, the olive oil from our own harvest and the fresh herbs from the garden. All in all, we had a very nice and quiet time, even if the weather sometimes did not quite play along as we had imagined. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break in nature, Olga is the right place for you.

We had a truly wonderful stay. Gorgeous views from 3 terraces/balconies. Feeling of privacy, quiet, flowers and birds. Beds comfy, everything works. Martine is so lovely and was so helpful with ideas on where to go. Really cannot recommend highly enough. Merci Martine and hope to be back soon! xxx

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Very clean and practical house in the heart of a small hamlet… friendly neighbors. All that was missing was the garden...

A beautiful property in an absolutely stunning location! The gardens are are beautifully maintained, with gorgeus flowers, a lemon tree and strawberries that you can harvest yourself. We really enjoyed our time here, especially sitting on the terrace in the evening sun with the stunning views! There are two adorable cats too who we enjoyed cuddling with! Francesca was really friendly and responsive, and gave us some delicious local produce including home made jams! The property had everything we needed, even a baby bath for our little one!

The stay with Giuseppe was very pleasant. The location, the house, the surroundings, the view, everything met our expectations. Angela welcomed and said goodbye to us in a very friendly manner. We were more than satisfied.

A very special cottage on a large overgrown property, guarded by a house cat, that offers tranquility and many more amenities. The smart outdoor shower, fireflies in the surrounding meadows at night, the fully equipped kitchen and much more - for which we had no time (projector, record player, pizza oven, ...). Host Marco explains the most important things in a video in advance, so that you arrive well informed and excited. The contact with him was always very friendly and helpful - he responded in the shortest time.

We stayed here for a week at the end of May with our three toddlers/baby, and it was truly wonderful. The accommodation is quite special thanks to its peaceful location (yet you're in Lucca in no time, even by bike), its spaciousness, and the expansive garden. You really have the place to yourself. The house is not only charming from the outside, but also very tidy and thoughtfully arranged inside—plenty of space even on rainy days. Of course, there were quite a few mosquitoes, but that's hardly the fault of this lovely place ;) Enrico was also a great host, providing important information via Whats App and always being reachable. Thank you for the great time—especially on behalf of our children!

A very beautiful and designed house located in the countryside close to the south east costway. Walking distance (2,5km) to the nearest beach. Plenty of nice beaches along the costline. A nice area for sport activities as well as recreation. Stefania is a friendly host, and she fullfilled all our expectations. We stayed 3 weeks and had the oportunity to visit a lot of interesting places in southern Sardinia. This is a place we can strongly recommend.

We were so lucky to find this cute little treasure and had an amazing stay! Renata welcomed us super warmly in the late evening and also gave us local tips for beaches and restaurants. The place itself has is aesthetically designed - if you‘re a fan of a natural colours and a love for details you will for sure enjoy this place. The kitchen was outdoors next to the beautiful terrace, which faces the countless orange and lemon trees in the garden. It is definitely a place for slowing down 💛 We can definitely recommend it for the south of Sardinia!

The cottage fit 6 of us comfortably! Roberto and Alessio were responsive and gave excellent suggestions for places to visit/eat. We were spoiled being on the doorstep of the nature preserve and visited a few times during our stay. Recommend without reservation.

We had a lovely stay with Patrizia in a beautiful cottage. She was friendly and always instantly responsive, the cottage was perfect and she even provided snacks fruit and Prosecco upon flexible check in. Could not recommend this Airbnb or the gorgeous surroundings enough - it made our trip!!!

The view is stunning. The place is very private. Leonardo is very responsive. Definitely worth visiting La Pace, a lovely restaurant 5 mins walk away. 10/10 recommend

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Salvatore and Paola's cottage for a week! Salvatore communicated via messages prior to check in to ensure a smooth experience and offered many suggestions for local restaurants, beaches & points of interest. He, Paola & their 2 dogs were so welcoming and friendly! Salvatore joined us on the terrace one day with a bottle of limoncello made by Paola's mother...a refreshing and delicious, unexpected and thoughtful treat! He also left us some delicious loquat medlar fruit (which I never heard of) that he picked on the property. The cottage is very cozy, simply and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! All necessities were provided and like new (towels/sheets, kitchenware, soap/shampoo) as well as extras like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea/juice and cookies. The terrace was extra amazing & offered a relaxing start and end to each day, with amazing ocean and sunset views! We Highly Recommend!

We had a great time at this beautiful villa with an amazing view! The house is bigger in reality than the photos suggest. The heated infinity pool, the many terraces that allow you to have sun or shade at any time of day, the stunning views of the surrounding nature... we loved this house. The other side of the coin is obviously the 10-minute drive to the first bakery or trade, but that's the price to pay for such a situation. I recommend it!
