Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. In the beautiful season, which is long in Provence, you can have all your meals in the garden under the pergola, or rest in deckchairs while admiring the lake which is just below your house. You may not move your car for your entire stay, lake, supermarket, restaurants, are all within walking distance in 5'.

We are in an inner courtyard of the historic center, very flowery and fragrant! Very close to all the main touristic sights, the business center and train station but SO peacefull & quite!  If you are market lover this is the district for you: here it's typical to browse through the leather market and the Central Market searching the best offer or the best stall for lunch and where you can buy all typical and geuine products of our local area.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
