Armitage House was the perfect place for us to hold a large and very special family Christmas. It is a wonderful house within walking distance of Newcastle, right on the seafront. The rooms are huge, very comfortable and the house is clean, newly decorated and very well equipped. Michael was very helpful and accommodating and we were left enough firewood to last our whole stay. It made it a truly memorable Christmas. We would all love to return!

This house and location are amazing. The whole experience wonderful (1st time with Airbnb) . House was spotless and Shayne a very responsive host answering any questions we had. Would totally recommend if you’re looking for some peace and quiet with great views but also with a great restaurant/bar/coffee shop within walking distance.

Anthony's house was a perfect location for us to spend a weekend away with a large family group. The house was beautiful and immaculate and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The gardens were great for the kids as we enjoyed playing games in the sunshine. A great house in a lovely location, a place we would definitely recommend and come back to.

Beautiful beach house right on the sea. Handy to Strangford and Ardglass. We had a lovely relaxing stay in a cozy, clean and comfortable cottage.

The Viewpoint was a perfect stay. We are a family of four with two small kids. It has amazing views, it's cosy and peaceful with lots of space. A beach right across the road for bringing the kids and you can swim. Local walks all in nature. We cooked meals, kitchen is well equipped. There's a supermarket a short drive away. Sean is around for any queries and is super responsive. Will definitely look to stay again at some point.

If you love staying in a place that feel like home with quirky nickname then Paul’s place is for you. On a clear day with binoculars was great for bird, people and ship watching or even trying to see if a seal or 2 bobbing in the sea swells. Love the location, house and even though we were there for sporting event, I found the cal-du-sac quiet and peaceful. Thank you Louise and Thomas keep the charm of this place as is.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering everything one could need for a pleasant stay. The ample parking space and enclosed yard were perfect for our dogs providing a safe and enjoyable environment. The proximity to the sea was a highlight, with stunning walks along the shoreline and beautiful surrounding areas to explore. The house itself was easy to locate, and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful week staying at Geoff and Paula’s comfortable cottage. We immediately felt at home and the welcome basket to get us started - bread, butter, etc. - was much appreciated after a long drive over. The location - right next to Strangford Loch - was quiet and convenient for visiting attractions in Down and Antrim especially, although nothing’s too far away in NI. Geoff was really helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and checking in and out was easy and flexible. Everything in the cottage was done to a high standard, with thoughtful touches throughout - spare toiletries, towels, throws, pillows, etc. All in all, we had a great time, and would happily stay here again or recommend it to others - especially if you’ll be staying more than a few days and would like somewhere with a little extra space.

We had a great stay in Carlingford. Kevin met us on check in, was very helpful and gave local recommendations for food and activities. Great attention to detail for tourists in the house. Will definitely book again for any of our next trips to Carlingford!

The house was clean and comfortable in the perfect location. We were just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Helen was helpful and communicated with us at every turn, letting us in early when she realized we had arrived ahead of schedule. We would stay there again and highly recommend the accommodations.

Beautiful caravan and location. Our host left us some lovely treats for arriving. the caravan is spotless and has lots of dvds, games etc for kids to play. highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back in the future 👌🏼❤️ thank you so much!

Beautiful cottage. We were met by Michelle on arrival with a lovely warm welcome. The decor is lovely and the house is well kitted out. Felt like home from home and would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay at Mast House. It was as atmospheric and quirky as we had hoped - and it was spacious, private, very well equipped, and really convenient for exploring the town. I know Portaferry pretty well, but I hadn't realised that such a large space and relaxing garden area lay behind the front door. We had lovely weather and made great use of the garden for eating and soaking up the sun. We certainly hope to return, and I'd really recommend Mast House to other visitors.

From start to finish, our stay at Nina’s was fabulous. We didn’t want to leave! We were made to feel so welcome, with a lovely welcome package for us to enjoy. The place was pristine, it quickly felt like ‘home’ and the sofas in particular were so deep and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the area and it was a great location for going on to see the Giant’s Causeway and Belfast City Centre. We had a fantastic time and would happily return to Nina’s!

Really cosy wee spot. Literally not one issue. Plenty of amenities as well.

Karen’s house was exactly as described. Though it is huge, very deceiving. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 5, the kids loved being there & the games room was a massive bonus for them. Will definitely book again some time soon. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen & she was very responsive when needed, which wasn’t often.

I booked this for 4 friends, they gave it 5 🌟, immaculate, brilliant communication from the owners, they ate in the restaurant across the road, lovely time had, they will be back 😀
