The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

A wooden boardwalk leads through grassy dunes towards the beach. The path extends toward the calm ocean, under a gray sky. Soft sand is visible at the boardwalk's end, inviting guests to access the beachfront.

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

A welcoming living room is presented with two spacious sofas arranged around a decorative area rug. A large TV is mounted on the wall, and natural light filters in through sliding glass doors that offer access to the private balcony with views of the pool and surrounding greenery.
