Monthly Rentals in Twatutia

Our stay at this Airbnb was excellent. Here are the highlights: 1. The room was spacious and clean. 2. The host was very friendly and thoughtfully provided many daily necessities, including two boxes of mineral water, towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. 3. The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine, dehumidifier, and cooking utensils. There was also a large table in the room, perfect for working. 4. The location was convenient, situated in the heart of the Dihua Street commercial area. There were markets, restaurants, and many coffee shops nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others.

Check in was very easy with clear instructions with photo reference. We paid an extra $800NTD for early check in (8am instead of 3pm) due to our early arrival flight and the host was very accommodating! The unit was exactly like the photo, very easy to walk to XiMenDing area (lots of shopping) and about a 10ish minute walk to the Ximen MRT station. This unit was a lucky find considering the modern appearance of the furniture. Of note, the bed was not very comfortable (it was firm, maybe a spring mattress?) and it gave me some shoulder/back pain but it was tolerable. Also, the door bell is a bird chirping sound instead of the usual ringing. We found this out when we were visited by security due to a noise compliant. We were only talking, but the walls are quite thin so it you can sometimes hear the other unit’s TV and we just whispered in the evenings to avoid noise compliant. I overall LOVED staying here and would return in the future!

This was an exceptional stay! The host, Kai, was consistently responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean upon arrival and packed with thoughtful touches and well-stocked amenities that made me feel right at home during my month-long visit. The location is also conveniently located near the Ningxia night market, tons of other great food choices and a brief walk to nearby train stations. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-prepared place to stay!

We stayed in Liz's place twice: at the beginning and at the end of our visit to Taiwan. Great place to work (two big desks) with a nice view of the river and city skyline sunsets. The large fridge and cooking utensils were great to cook at home (the sink is a bit small for doing dishes). We used earplugs while sleeping to avoid hearing any vehicles. Looking forward to when they are all electric :-) There are shop and food options near by. Playing a mix on the speakers during sunset made it even more special. A great base during our stay in Taipei ^_^
