Vincenza's apartment is very quiet, comfortable, functional and very well located: 2 steps from the port, the sea and the long walk along the sea, 2 steps from the shops of the city center, 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The welcome by Vincenza was very friendly and caring.

Stefania is very friendly and the apartment is excellent.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

What a lovely stay we had in this apartment and in La Spézia! The view from the balcony is amazing, both in the morning and in the evening. The apartment was very clean and super nice. Easy to get to the city center with the bus stop nearby, at the bottom of the stairs. We would go back without hesitation, we loved it!

Very nice small flat in Le Grazie. The flat is situated with a view to the harbour and the sea. Good restaurants, bars, bakery and grocery store nearby. Flat is clean and cozy, but is in 2 parts, where the kitchen (which is rather big) and the bathrum (which is very small) is on the other side of a small hall, which you have to pass going from the livingroom to the kitchen/bathroom.

Best location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible. Easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Highly recommended.

It is fair to say we had the most amazing stay at Kelly and Yuri’s place. From the character of the building and interior to the unbelievable view of the sea and town, we cannot rave about this place enough. The air BnB has all amenities that you would need, it feels like a home from home accommodation. To add to this beautiful air BnB, Kelly and Yuri made this stay even more memorable and magical. From the moment we met Kelly at check in, she gave us fab local recommendations and made us feel right at home. We later met Yuri on his stunning boat ride along the coast line of the Cinque Terre (which we also highly recommend!). Both Kelly and Yuri made our stay here so special and we can’t thank them enough. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the future!

We stayed at Anns's place for the first part of our honeymoon. It was everything we expected and then some. The place was spotless and communication with Anna was excellent. If you want to live like a local in Portovenere, this place is perfect. You are steps away from local shops, a pesto making class, fantastic local restaurants and cafés. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend to those looking for something unique vs. a hotel room. Thank you for everything Anna!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

Thank you Sabrina for welcoming us into your space, it’s beautifully presented, clean, with a beautiful view. It was perfectly out of the way of the hustle and busily whilst being able to easily access La spezia to visit Cinque Terre.

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

5 stars does not do this place justice! This is a true slice of paradise. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and felt right at home from the very beginning. The views are exquisite. The peace is palpable. The host is so thoughtful and attentive to every small detail. It was like our very own resort from the moment the gate opened! There are so many amazing touches, I truly can’t say enough good things! The surroundings are so beautiful and easy to get to. We miss it already!

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. On the ground floor there was not only a supermarket but also a cafe. Within walking distance were also great restaurants such as the Taverna di Pulcinella, ice cream cafe Ricci, etc. Thanks to the available tumble dryer and the machine, we were able to hang a load of laundry on the balcony to dry. In the existing kitchen you can certainly cook well, all the necessary utensils are available and the fridge offers plenty of space (only bottle compartment is missing in the door). I'd love to come back ☀️

Extremely organized apartment, new and well-furnished. Perfect for two couples. Very close to the center and well served, with the availability of a parking space in the closed garage (which we used for motorcycles) but also a large parking lot nearby. The area is very convenient to the sea and in an area that is not too busy. Federica was very nice and helpful. We will certainly be back!

I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.

The place is absolutely beautiful, equiped with everything you could need for a stay in Livorno. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center but in a quiet place. Totally recomended!
