I liked everything about this experience: the beauty of the village and its surroundings, the house in the heart of the village, cozy and functional, Maurizio's helpfulness and kindness, the friendliness of the inhabitants. Highly recommended for those looking for itineraries off the beaten track of consumerist tourism.

Easy arrival on Christmas day despite booking at short notice, everything is great! Highly recommended for mountain bikers as good location and plenty of storage space. Adriano was very friendly and always available despite holidays. Glad to come back!

beautiful location! As a couple, we had a lovely time. Some beautiful vineyards in the area with some fantastic restaurants. Montepulciano is about 20 minutes away.

We are very happy with the accommodation and our host. We highly recommend the place. Magical view with nice pool. Recommend the dinner that we booked, very very good and well cooked. The house is big and all rooms had their own bathroom which was a plus. To keep in mind is that the road down to the house is steep and bumpy but if you drove carefully, there was no problem. It's hot in Tuscany in the summer so we were a little worried about the heat (was up to 40 degrees when we were there) but with fans it worked. Mosquitoes we knew there would be but is good to pack with some extra mosquito repellent. But we are very happy with our stay and really recommend the accommodation, the owners were very nice and helpful.

I stayed here with my dad and brother four 4 nights in August. We each were able to have our own bedroom and space. It is two houses connected by a beautiful yards area. It is buggy but with some bug spray its totally fine. It is in the middle of an old quaint little town, yes their are clock tower bells but after the first couple chimes we didn't really notice them anymore. The views were amazing, you are going to this place for the views. Incredible. Hot tub and pool were great. We didn't use the sauna but it looked nice and clean. Ganna had great recommendations for food, wine, grocery so it made it easy for us. Overall really nice we had a great time.

We were 4 couples and we stayed at this property for 4 days on New Year's Eve. The spaces of the house are very spacious, the area is quiet and easily accessible with numerous parking lots right in front of the entrance. Francesca was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We are fully satisfied with this stay.

My partner and I stayed almost 5 days at Lara's place, we were able to bring our cat who felt at home too. Lara left us the availability of the bikes that we were able to take advantage of on the beautiful Versilian bike path. Very clean place and there was everything we needed for our little vacation. I hope to come back next year if our vacation matches. Thank you Lara♥️

We had a great time, the setting and location allowed us to gather as a family and enjoy the surroundings without stress. ( no noise, the essentials nearby...) The view is beautiful, the pool is very pleasant. The accommodation is functional and spacious enough. Many thanks to Francesco!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we were delighted with our first stay and also with this one. Beautiful place, very nicely furnished and spacious house, lots of possibilities for trips to the surroundings (we recommend coming by car). We were a group of 14 people and had a great stay. We definitely recommend it to everyone!

the accommodation is very welcoming, extremely comfortable to reach the ski slopes, having the shuttle that passes by the house. The house is equipped with everything you need and the host is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend

Carlo was very kind despite the very late arrival. The accommodation is very close to the conference center and therefore very convenient for those who have to go there.

The apartament fits the need of a short trip, if you live in Italy, as they do not offer bed and bath sheets. overal, It's a good solution for a couple, with a small kitchen and inside bathroom. The place is well located and there is also a swimminpool for the summer. Very practical to travel around the Sestola area, also close to Acquaria, where the best restaurants are located.

The treatment received by the host and the accommodation we have chosen is wonderful. Highly recommended

Lovely location right on the runway. My son was really satisfied with the stay and thanks to the valuable directions of the host all my family found what he wanted... relaxation, ski school, equipment rental, food and convenience stores... all in very few steps on foot... We are satisfied! Thank you!

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything that overlooks the slopes , the woods and a stream. The ideal for a relaxing but also active vacation, given the possibility of walks and trekking nearby. Great pizzeria/restaurant a few steps away. Communication with Luca was always fast and efficient, with tips on things to do and see. I'll be back very gladly. Highly recommended!
