Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

This extremely spacious three bedroom, three bathroom house, occupies a desirable position on the outskirts of Valor. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
