Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

The back is private + fully-fenced w/ covered porch with fountain and furnishings for outside living. Inside you’ll find old original (yes creaky) wood floors, tons of character, comfortable unique furnishings + ultra fast internet/cable + smart TVs and a 1925 piano.

Stay in our Cozy studio with a new pillow top mattress with comforter will give you a good night rest and comfortable sofa , high speed internet with wifi in unit is ready for you to use and our Smart TV is connected with an Amazon Fire Stick.
