Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tuolumne County

Great location for a weekend with some friends or family. Grilling in front of sunset views at the place was awesome! Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a place to relax for the weekend. Place was as described and hosts were easy to communicate with. Check in was easy.

Excellent stay in a clean, well-equipped home We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One minor quibble: the coffee maker was tiny and could only brew two cups at a time, which was a bit inconvenient for our group. The location is fantastic—just about an hour’s drive to Yosemite National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. The community was undergoing construction, and some roads were closed during our visit. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes to enter and pay the $50 entrance fee, which was frustrating. It’s worth asking the host for an update on access or checking ahead before booking.

Fantastic house in a beautiful rural setting! The house is spotless and spacious. Well-appointed kitchen and pantry. First Airbnb we’ve stayed in that actually has storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of paper products, bath supplies and towels. Comfortable sun room and covered porch for relaxing. Hosts are very responsive! The setting is beautiful - very rural. It was fun to cook at home and relax at the house. Strong WiFi. The towns of Murphys (shops, pubs, eateries) and Arnold (Big Trees State Park is beautiful!) are each a 40 minute drive. Would definitely return to this beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our group of 5 that included two kids. Pictures are an accurate representation of the space. Everything was clean an comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The back deck was great with views of the golf course. My kids loved watching the deer and wild turkey's walk by. We even saw a small fox one day. The lake is only a 5 minute walk down the road, with a great little swimming beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at Luis’ house over Father’s Day weekend! Perfect getaway in nature for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Beds were comfy, big open kitchen, nice BBQ, outdoor seating w/fireplace for s’mores, corn hole, spa under the stars and Adirondack chairs overlooking the vista perfect for morning coffee. Only 30 mins to pinecrest lake or dodge ridge for outdoor fun during the day! Helpful hosts who welcomed us with wine and stuff for s’mores, so thoughtful!!

Very comfortable and quiet property. We booked this property giving Kevin and Teresa only an hour’s notice. They were very pleasant and made sure everything was set for us. Kevin met us and showed us around. The apartment was very warm and cozy. We would highly recommend!!

Spacious, well stocked, quiet, clean apt with good host communication. Walking distance from downtown. The apt and furnishings are a bit dated but still very comfortable nonetheless.

We stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved it! The place is cozy, private, and perfect for two people. It's about a 2-hour drive from Yosemite, which made it a great home base for exploring the park while still enjoying peaceful evenings away from the crowds. The unit itself was super cute and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed and more, from a fully stocked kitchen to soft towels, comfy bedding, and even a few extra touches that the host kindly provided (like snacks, toiletries, and local recommendations). You can really tell the host put a lot of care into making the space feel welcoming and relaxing. It was the perfect mix of nature and comfort, and we’d definitely come back! Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet, charming spot near Yosemite.

Raman responded very quickly. The place was exactly as described. It was clean. And after a tiring day of travel was the right place to rest. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Had a great sleep. My boys loved it too.

This little house was perfect! I stayed here for the weekend because my Daughter was getting married close by. It was the perfect place to get some much needed rest after spending a couple of long days getting everything ready. Melissa was great at communicating and gave clear info on checking in and out. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this tiny home. Location was easy to find, even late at night. It was spacious for 2, could accommodate up to 4 comfortably. Would recommend and revisit!

This amazing property is well loved and it shows. We visited to rejuvenate in nauture and enjoyed every peaceful moment here. Will definitely be back! It also would be fantastic for a gathering. There is something for everyone here. The variety of amenities, from puzzles & to canoes, gives you the feeling you stocked the home... except it was easy to find the sizzors. Plenty of space to enjoy together but also catch a quiet moment. Also close towns with shops and groceries. Roomy and suitable for infirm with just one step but nnearby o downstairs shower.

This house rocks. Quick access to private lakes, swimming pool (with a snack shack!), and an on-site restaurant that’s open on the weekends. The whole community is a chill family vibe and the folks at the recreation area work hard to keep it fresh with activities for the kids. It feels kinda like summer camp. We brought our 16-monther and he was loving the beach (first time in a lake). The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Their description listing is spot on. Hosts are great too— responsive and personable. Thanks for a great stay, we’re already planning our next trip. 🤘

Easy check-in & check-out instructions. Close to shopping, White Pines Lake, Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley & Lake Alpine. Camp Connell General Store was a fun place to get afternoon ice cream. Cozy and comfortable, exceeded the photos, instantly respectfully felt at home. Loved the no shoes rule. The kitchen was enjoyable to cook in, beautiful butcher block counter top, everything you need to get meals done, and the refrigerator is plenty roomy, well kept and clean. Extra large kennel for use. Large fenced yard for ourselves & doggies to enjoy! Cute patio set to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast in the beautiful alpine setting. Safe and secure neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Blissfully pleasant stay, felt relaxed and rejuvenated upon our return home. Big Trees Village Pass was a bonus! Wow this place is amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The area is absolutely stunning. Nice and quiet with lots of wildlife. The cabin is incredibly cozy. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Really lovely stay in a super quiet and peaceful location. The cottage has everything that you need. We especially enjoyed the fire-pit on an early evening with wine. Make sure you take insect repellent if you’re going to do this! The hosts are amazing! Very proactive and friendly, provide advice on what to do and where to go. They respond extremely quick to answer questions.
