Tranquil & modern studio w/ loft located 90 min fm Yosemite, w/private garden patio & EV car charging stn, in a Foothill neighborhood. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept children. The space is a clean, quiet, studio w/ kitchen, queen sized bed, futon couch, bathroom with a rain shower head, & sleeping loft. It's stocked with luxurious throws, linens, and towels. We are a LGBT family. We speak Spanish & have traveled extensively & lived internationally. We welcome you to our peaceful retreat!

Old Oak Loft

Newly renovated (2018) above garage loft with its own private entrance via a spiral staircase. Large deck w/ outdoor seating, bathroom & small kitchenette w/ microwave/mini fridge/keurig (NO stove/oven). Above garage loft is attached to our main house via a staircase w/ locked door. We are 90min to Yosemite entrance GATE, 135min to Valley Floor *depending on traffic: summer = busier. Peak hour park reservations may be required. 35 min. to Pinecrest Lake & Dodge Ski. 7 min. to Black Oak Casino

Tourists and adventure destinations nearby include Yosemite, Columbia State Park, Railtown St. Park, Big Trees St. Park, Black Oak Casino, Ski Dodge Ridge. Enjoy shopping or dining out at the many nearby shops and restaurants in Sonora, Jamestown and Columbia, all 5 minutes away. 1 new Queen size bed, 1 sofa/ fold out Queen bed.
