Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

we stayed here for our 17th anniversary and we had the best time ! garden pool hot tub area was amazing and we got perfect weather ! host was friendly good banter ! the home was lovely we slept really well and had everything we needed we got a local chinese and was lovely but great pubs near by and if we were staying longer would of used the bbq . Thankyou for letting stay at your wonderful place

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

Sykes Holiday at Nightingale was lovely. The flat itself was fully furnished with modern furniture, the kitchen had ample space & modern appliances making it easy to cook for 10 people. Bedroom and bathrooms were minimally decorated, leaving plenty of space for luggage and belongings when visiting. Towels and other amenities were provided (as mentioned in the listing). The pool was lovely and warm, with heated flooring, with plenty of space for activities. The hosts themselves were great at communicating check in / check out and any other important information, and friendly when speaking too. Overall, nightingale is a lovely flat space & definitely worth the money, with plenty of things to do close by ☺️

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

The Filey Hideaway is beautiful and I would happily stay there again. The flat was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. It was quite hard to find, however, the host were super responsive and got us there in no time. I would highly recommend!

Simon and Samantha’s apartment was perfect, beautifully maintained with a suitably delightful beach and nautical theme. It was furnished with high quality lovely fabrics such as Sanderson and Laura Ashley. There were ample delightful tea and coffee cups and mugs, cereal and dessert bowls, and plates to choose from. Although as a couple we are not in the habit of using a dishwasher, there was one available should one prefer to use it, and a washing machine we did not need to use as we were only staying for five days.

Greatly location great holiday home only problem was other car's parked over entrance so couldn't get too parking area provided excellent place to stay 😀
