Second visit to the barn and loved it even though I had to leave earlier than planned, fab location with lovely walks , will definitely be booking again.

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

My son and two young children were very happy with the house and thoughtful touches provided by Carol( snacks and toothpaste etc..exactly what they forgot!)The children loved the layout of the bedrooms. The ambience was really homely and cosy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Would highly recommend a stay at Francis's place and cannot thank you enough for our lovely stay!

Both Lisa and Brother Andy where very good hosts I had a few queries whilst we where visiting and they where both very quick to respond. The house beat all expectations and was very dog friendly and yet not a single dog hair visible on arrival. Great location hardly used the car and even though it was off road parking we had no issues with getting a space .

We're just back from a few days staying in Matthew's place in Hull: it's a wonderful house in an amazing location down by the river and in among the cafes, galleries, restaurants, and shops of Humber Street. There's so much to see and do around there, and the house itself was perfect: quiet, comfortable, and with everything we needed for our stay. Matthew was really welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back next time we're in the area.

Absolutely adore Gill and Andy’s place. It just feels like home. Perfect location for us to visit friends, the pub. Nice walk to the cliffs where the views are stunning. Beautiful and clean and the private garden for the dogs is perfect. We’ve already booked for New Year

Great house to stay in for families or small groups. Superbly equipped with absolutely everything you needed. Excellent location. Extremely comfortable beds and linen that smelt fresh. Cozy living room to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Pool table great addition (although photo slightly deceiving on size of it) Beautiful church pew for additional seating, although would question if needed as when playing pool you needed to put dining chairs somewhere which made it a little cramped. Was great to be able to take the dog and feel relaxed as the garden was secure and the baby gate on the stairs meant no little sneaky adventures were to be had. Christine and co were the perfect hosts…absolutely all information and questions were covered before arrival, checked in to make sure we were settled, and then left us in peace (without sounding rude lol) Recommended to anyone/any age (might just point out that stairs are quite steep) Thank you 🤩

Had a lovely couple of nights here, spacious and clean, had everything you need. Bonus it had 2 toilets! Jo was so helpful on the run up to our arrival, even looking up local electric car charging points for us. We had a slight issue with electrics which was sorted within 10 mins. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We had a lovely stay at Vanessa's caravan. Lovely welcome note and basket of treats to welcome us - the kids were so excited! The bedding was warm and beds were comfortable. Vanessa was really helpful and responsive to messages. She even kindly posted something we had left behind back to our home city. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay!! Well equipped, homely and spotlessly clean. Peaceful campsite. Hot tub fab! Enjoyed exploring the local area: Spurn Point, Withernsea, Hornsea and Bridlington. Would definitely return.

Had a really lovely eater wknd. The lodge was spacious light and airy, the decor was really nice, and very clean. We had a very comfortable peaceful stay. The lodge was only a short walk to the main complex, & was really easy to access all the entertainment without having to book 1st which we found alot easier with the kids

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

We’ve loved our stay at periwinkle beach cottage. There was 5 of us plus 2 dogs but felt like there was plenty of space for us all. Especially the wrap round secure garden which the dogs loved exploring. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Nisa local also 3 min walk away. Super clean on arrival. A very well equipped kitchen. Julie replied to any message we sent during our stay pretty much instantly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

We had a brilliant 1 night stay here! Really clean and spacious, lovely garden area and the pool table in the room was great! We will be booking again soon!

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

Diane’s caravan was beautiful and clean. The bedding smelt lovely and we noticed this as soon as walked in to the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan is only 20 minutes from the beach which we did a couple of times. We highly recommend and will hopefully return again. Thank you again for a relaxing break.

We had a great weekend stay at Ryan’s place. The welcome bottle of Prosecco is a great added touch as well as recommendations for the area. The house was as described and is lovely and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus which was heated for when we arrived. The area is lovely and a short walk into town which has great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning!

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

We booked this lovely chalet as a little last min few days away, and I’m so glad we chose andi’s chalet. It was perfect for our little family of three with a pug! The chalet was lovely and clean, had everything you need for your little break. It’s opposite a pub which is perfect to get some food but also it’s so quiet! It’s a lovely walk into mablethorpe main town. Andi gave us great instructions and was responsive if needed. I would highly recommend this chalet if you’re looking for a lovely little seaside break. Thankyou again Andi we’ve had a great stay!
