Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tumaraa

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

Our hostess was wonderful! Kind, responsive, a Tahitian goddess who took the time to show us how to properly tie a pareo. The view was absolutely incredible, the peacefulness was wonderful and she was just so kind and helpful. You will not go wrong with this place. Highly recommend!!!

Samuel was very welcoming and took care in showing us the place and any questions we had. Samuel is super friendly and kind, we felt very well looked after and his local recommendations were very helpful. Idyllic location, quiet and very close to the city. Charming welcome. The private dock is a real plus, what a pleasure to swim among the fish. We really had a very pleasant stay with a special mention for Sam the cat, so sweet and so cuddly.

We had a lovely stay with family in this faré. The place is peaceful and relaxing and Alex and Emile are very responsive to requests (thank you again for the cooler!).

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

I've had a lot of good experiences, but this stay has surpassed everything. Especially the incredible hospitality of Tearere, which was courteous and friendly, made our stay exceptional. The bungalow itself was very clean, in a great location and equipped with everything you need for a stay on Bora Bora: sun loungers, umbrellas, a water hose for the sandy feet and air conditioning. Our personal highlights were of course the kayak, the bikes and the close proximity to the beach. The supermarket was also easily accessible by bikes. The surroundings (neighbors, cars, animals) were occasionally a bit noisy. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep, you should take ear packs with you as a precaution. Overall, it was a completely successful stay, which I can recommend to everyone. Thank you very much!

New apartment well equipped and very well located to enjoy bora bora. We'll be back with pleasure because everything is fine!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

This is a brand new property. Very generously sized, well thought out, tastefully decorated and squeaky clean. Lots of storage, comfy bed, crispy clean beddings, nicely equipped kitchen. Location is great, too! Very private but very close to a good grocery store (fresh pastry and bread every morning, fresh local fruits, fresh local fish, etc.), nice bars and restaurants, multiple auto/ scooter/ bike rentals and boat rental - all within 5 min walk. The best of its kind, Matira beach, is a 10 min walk away. Sas was very responsive, arranged for a taxi for us, was very flexible with our flight changes, provided good instructions and recommendations and offered a late check out, which we greatly appreciated! We would stay here again for sure!

I spent five nights solo here. The location and the room were perfect for my stay-everything is brand new in great condition. The welcome booklet great help. The room was cool and ready when I arrived, and the lockbox setup was easy. The host is very helpful and responsive. I liked that the market was next door, and that the room’s patio is private, covered, with table and chairs and a nice tropical jungle view. There are a few restaurants close by, but if you eat out I recommend the Intercontinental Hotel near the beach. Great bar and restaurant menus, about the same price as the other restaurants, the food is far better and the view there is fantastic. Had I gone there the first night, I would have dined there every night. I like to cook my own simple dinner at times, and the room was good for that. If you want to rent a scooter or more, MRC Rent near the Intercontinental is a very reasonable local business, and if you call they will pick you up. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host, very nice. The accommodation is very clean, quiet, modern with very high speed internet and wi-fi. I recommend this accommodation because soon there will be a swimming pool. There is a very nice outside area. I thank Francesca and Patrick for their welcome, their smiles and their good humor. Thank you for everything. I will come back to see in 6 months or a year. Very good place to stay. Spacious, had amenities and a friendly and responsive host. Recommend!

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!
