Waterfront vacation rentals in Tumaraa

My wife and I spent two weeks in French Polynesia, and visited four islands. Raiatea was our favourite and Thierry and his place are what truly made the difference. The location is stunning, with a beautiful deck right on the ocean, and the possibility to snorkel or kayak in the lagoon. The bungalow is exactly as described, it has a tropical and authentic vibe and has everything you need for a lovely stay. But the best thing was Thierry himself. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to share his culture and his knowledge of the place. He took us to a nearby motu for a fantastic morning of snorkelling and spearfishing, and made us some lovely meals. During our stay, we were also lucky to meet his family, and he invited us to join them for dinner as if we were part of them. Should we go back to Raiatea in the future, we have no doubt we will be staying at Le Noha again!

We had an incredible stay in Taha'a! The house is simply superb, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly located on the waterfront. Waking up every morning facing the lagoon was such a joy. The setting is peaceful, ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the beauty of the island. The welcome was warm and everything was perfectly clean and well-equipped. We recommend this Airbnb without a second thought to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Taha'a. Big thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

We had a great time at Anaïs and Grégory's. They're really welcoming and friendly hosts. The accommodation is clean and functional. The little extra: free bikes for getting around And the big plus is the terrace, which is furnished to have your own little privacy with a sublime view of Bora Bora. A big thank you to them. It was great!

Impeccable, new, clean and very well-equipped accommodation, the bedding is more than comfortable, worthy of a luxury hotel, we slept like babies, the linens smelled so good. Tastefully decorated, the little details that make all the difference and justify its price, everything came together for a great stay despite the bad weather. Small plus for the Polynesian welcome, you immediately feel very comfortable. We also have an Airbnb on Raiatea, we highly recommend this listing. If we had to find something to say, it would be the orientation of the bungalow towards the mountain instead of the sea. But we'll be back with the family this time. 5 nights spent in Raiatea at Martine's. The accommodation is - 5 minutes from the port by car, all comfort and spacious. It is very well equipped with in + kayaks for sea trips on the public motu to see the reef and make a picnic! Communication is great with super responsive and kind hosts. Thanks again for spending time on your island.

The house and location are excellent. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Vatea was extremely responsive, helpful and proactive. It felt good knowing that we had someone on the island who we could count on should we need a little help.
