Waterfront vacation rentals in Tumaraa

On est restés 5 nuits et on a pu bien se relaxer. Le airbnb est très spacieux. Un petit supermarché est en face donc très pratique. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer sur le reste de l’île. Benjamin a répondu à toutes nos questions et a été très proactif et le lien qui nous envoie est pratique avec toutes les infos. On a juste trouvé que les lits étaient un peu durs mais on a chacun ses préférences :) On a utilisé le kayak quelque fois par contre on est une famille de 4 donc avoir un autre kayak serait top!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

Appartement très agréable entre Vaitape et Matira. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner, la terasse est spacieuse et agréable. La clim dans la chambre est un plus (le salon est équipé d'un ventilateur mais ne marche pas très bien). Il est préférable de louer une voiture ou scooter pour pouvoir se balader dans cette très belle Île !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (composé de 6 adultes). La location de l’appartement était parfaite pour nous et avons apprécié les grandes chambres séparées les unes des autres. Petit bémol avec les couverts et ustensiles de cuisine qui sont assez limité mais pour les 2 nuits où nous sommes restés, cela faisait nettement l’affaire ! Merci pour votre accueil ! :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anaïs et Grégory. Ce sont des hôtes vraiment accueillant et sympathiques. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Le petit + les vélos pour se déplacer mis à disposition gratuitement Et le gros + la terrasse aménagée pour avoir sa petite intimité avec une vue sublime sur Bora Bora. Un grand merci à eux. C’était TOP !

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

Samuel was very welcoming and took care in showing us the place and any questions we had. Samuel is super friendly and kind, we felt very well looked after and his local recommendations were very helpful. Samuel was also very generous to us and without a doubt the best Host we’ve ever had! We loved staying here and found location was great to either go to Matira or town Mauruuru Roa

Merci pour le confort, la propreté 'et les petites attentions dans le logement. Cpuchers de soleil spectaculaires. Lagon et baignades merveilleux. Super emplacement en face du motu accessible en kayak mis à disposition.

Superbe séjour, magnifique emplacement très beau fare parfaitement équipé, les propriétaires qui habitent à côté sont adorables. A deux pas du resto Fish and Blue, spot incroyable pour les couchers de soleil :) Location de véhicule avec Up & Go impeccable, , excursion géniale à Taha'a avec Flo et Teva, sortie pêche avec Kenzo de Catch and Cook, tout a contribué à un séjour de rêve.

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

Ich habe schon viele gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber dieser Aufenthalt hat alles übertroffen. Besonders die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft von Tearere, die zuvorkommend und freundlich war, hat unseren Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich gemacht. Das Bungalow selbst war sehr sauber, in einer super Lage und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt auf Bora Bora benötigt: Liegestühle, Regenschirme, ein Wasserschlauch für die sandigen Füße und eine Klimaanlage. Unsere persönlichen Highlights waren natürlich das Kajak, die Fahrräder und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand. Auch der Supermarkt war bequem mit den Fahrrädern zu erreichen. Die Umgebung (Nachbarn, Autos, Tiere) war gelegentlich etwas lauter. Wer empfindlich auf Geräusche im Schlaf reagiert, sollte vorsichtshalber Ohropacks mitnehmen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann. Vielen Dank!
