Monthly Rentals in Tulsayab

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Serene, comfortable and relaxing. If you’re not familiar with Tulum, which I was not, the location is somewhat isolated, so unless you have a vehicle be sure to buy groceries before arriving because getting anywhere can get expensive with taxi rides to Tulum costing $50 round trip. Nonetheless it is a beautiful location and a wonderful accommodation.

While we’d like to keep our review simple in hopes of keeping this place a secret gem, we have to give this property & group of hosts their flowers! First and foremost, there’s always this nervous feeling upon approaching your AirBnB, wondering if the property is going to look like the actual photos. The photos are amazing but when we stepped into the property we were in awe at how beautiful the inside and of course the balcony view were!! Breathtaking view! We LOVED being provided the option of adding a chef! Chef Danny 🙏🙏🙏 Having breakfast and dinner overlooking the ocean. We went out on the kayaks one morning and had help bringing our luggage up. To address other reviews, yes there is construction next door that we noticed upon arrival but I promise you we didn’t hear a peep while in doors and it wasn’t that bothersome while we were on the balcony either. We will definitely be back to this property in our future travels. The concierge team was amazing from beginning to end!

Oswaldo was a great host! Very very friendly and easy to contact. The location is a 10 mins drive outside of Tulum and right by the road, very easy to find - but still private and quiet. We loved the apartment, full sized and fully equipped kitchen, gigantic comfy bed, cute little private terrace and garden and a nice and clean bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities described. You can rest very well. Everything is close by: beach, cenotes, Xcaret parks, airport, archaeological sites.
