This past weekend, my greater family spent three nights at Christeen's farmhouse for a reunion. It was the first time we had done something like this for over 15 years and what a perfect place to gather. I worked with Christeen. Everyone, kids/grandkids included, want this to happen again…very soon! Many of us grew up on farms 3-4 miles from Christeen's house, so staying there in the countryside took us back in time to our younger years. Christeen was wonderful to work with in preparing for our stay at the farmhouse. She is a great communicator with a very good business sense. We communicated with her about any of our plans that might be questionable. The farmhouse is very spacious and has numerous things to do, both inside and out, with lots of patio space and a big backyard. What great family memories we created this past weekend at Christeen's farmhouse. THANK YOU Christeen and family for providing such a lovely place for our family!

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well decorated home. Everyone was comfortable, we easily cooked meals in the kitchen, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open with turkeys calling in the morning. The location was good as it’s tough to get much closer. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed how well stocked the home was. Would return!

We had a great stay at this house and would not hesitate to come back. The house is very spacious, clean, and easily accommodated our party of nine guests.

We were two families, 4 adults, 4 kids, two dogs and this place was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and equal in size, so perfect for sharing. Two kings and two queens. Enough couch space, counter space, and dining room seats to all hang out together. All the amenities you need - stocked kitchen, stocked linens and towels, bathtub, access to laundry and cleaning supplies, fireplace, keurig coffee machine, covered garage, porch chairs, game room with darts and pool table, horse shoe game, board games, books, river access, huge yard for running around. The location was perfect for access to Sequoia and we even did Kings Canyon one day, which was a beautiful 1.5 hour drive. The hosts are responsive and friendly. No water issues. Wonderful! We just returned from a 3 night stay ... the property is stunning and immaculate. Chris is the most responsive host and we felt right at home the whole time. Paradise Ranch was everything I hoped for and more. It was the perfect dream getaway to celebrate my birthday weekend. The property was immaculate, well-stocked, private, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the relaxing aromatherapy spray to spa-quality amenities. The host was kind, responsive, and provided clear instructions along with great local recommendations. One of the highlights was picking fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden each morning. There were endless things to do: an outdoor gym, sauna, private outdoor hot tub, cozy lounging areas, hiking trails with stunning vistas, and even a refreshing swim in the river. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a plus given the remote location. One helpful tip—screenshot the address, Wi-Fi info, and entry code ahead of time, since there’s little to no cell service on arrival. I couldn’t recommend this place more—it’s truly a special and peaceful luxury escape. I will be returning!

My family booked a 3 night stay at the Iris house, we felt right at home and ultimately my wife wished we booked a longer stay. House smelled and looked very clean upon arrival, instantly my 4 year old was excited for the board games, toys & books. My wife loved the house, and said it was cute & cozy. Our family & dog really enjoyed our time out back with plenty to do. Kermit was readily available for any questions or help. The neighborhood is quiet, even being close to a park and school. Nice area for morning and evening walks , and close to the main road for shopping and restaurants. Beds were clean and very comfortable, we will be back next year!

Great place and would love to come back and stay again next time we are in the area. We loved it! Great layout and close to downtown Visalia and Mooney Blvd. Only 40 mins from the entrance of Sequoia NP. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at peace. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to sweeping views of the foothills and the quiet charm of the countryside was magical. Lily is a great host who cares about her guests. Definitely recommend!

Christopher was an incredible host. Quick to answer any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. Stunning views from anywhere on this property. Location is great for those wanting to enjoy Sequoia National Park. Would def return in the future!

Michelle’s place was perfect. We had our family for Thanksgiving, and it totally served the purpose. It was as if we lived there. We had absolutely everything we needed. Shannon's place is so beautiful and peaceful. My family enjoyed all the entertainment they had. It was like being at home. Everything we needed was provided, also items for my baby. They left a portable speaker for us to use that came in handy for the outdoor play and pool time. We brought our family dog with us and they provide items for her too. This place is a must! For everything they provided and how beautiful it is inside and out is so worth the price. We will for sure be back.

The living room and kitchen were huge. Loved the high ceilings. Hot tub was great. Tip: Turn the jets on high to circulate the hot water to get the tub up to temperature.

Perfect location for a single traveler, or a cozy couple. I loved every bit of this place. Easy, safe location with in-front parking. Private fenced in patio which was PERFECT as I was travelling with my dog. While small, the compact organization was masterful. I actually snapped some pictures so I could remember what I loved and try to replicate it at home. Every detail was considered and well executed. Even a card and nice welcome basket upon my arrival! Five stars. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was comfortable and included all the amenities of home with the added benefit of heated floors in the bathrooms - what an unexpected treat! The location is beautiful and the serenity of the river and star-filled sky are priceless. Would definitely recommend!

I really loved my time spent here. The bungalow is sooooo cute. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the River and mountains was a great memory. Hosts were wonderful as were their furry friends. Excellent location to go into the park. I will be staying here again!
