Joyce and Denis are ideal hosts. They exude all the excellent virtues that characterize the best of Irish warmth and hospitality. We greatly benefitted from their depth of knowledge of local history, as well as broader geographical and cultural points of interest. The cottage, and by extention, the village provide an excellent rural retreat. The property was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which perfectly suited our two-week stay. We will definitely return.

This cabin was pure magic. The cold plunge and sauna were such a treat — relaxing, refreshing, and totally unique. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and generosity. They made everything so easy and welcoming. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

If you want to explore the Burren and return to a clean, comfortable home then this is the place. Brid's updated guest house delivered as promised. It is adjacent to her family farm inside the Burren, allowing easy access to its amazing natural wonders. The house has a full, well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom that includes a fine walk-in shower with a non-slip floor and grab bar for those needing, and two bedrooms with crisp, clean linen. The heating system is excellent and keeps the entire house cozy. Brid herself was so friendly and helpful, providing driving tips for the Burren and beyond and yummy restaurant recommendations. She greeted us with homemade scones and delicious jam and made sure we felt at home during our three-night stay. The wifi is first-rate, as was the entire experience!

A very nice, quiet, highly recommendable place. A perfect location for day trips in all directions, e.g. Galway, Cliffs of Moher, Hills of Connemara or for hikes close by in the Burren. The landlords take very well care of you. Everything is available, including a private veranda and a parking spot for the car. Thank you, Karen, for having us! The scones you made for us were delicious 😋
