Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tubac

My 90 year old dad & I enjoyed a few days at this wonderful property. John is a super friendly and accomodating host. We enjoyed visits from John's dogs everyday. The back "yard" is many square miles of open range desert with views of Mt Wrightson & Mt Hopkins to the north. Cattle stopped by daily for a drink. Lots of interesting birds to see. Bird feeders and baths are set up. Birders: Just 15 minutes to Santa Gertrudis Lane, closer to a couple other access points to de Anza Trail. The Tubac de Anza trail access is 25 min. Canoa Ranch is 30 min, Patagonia 45 min & Madera Canyon is 50 min.. We sure wish we had more time there. I look forward to visiting again for longer.

Kestrel Cottage - beautiful, peaceful setting but still lots to do in the area. The cottage is roomy and comfortable for 4 people with a well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor porch is wonderful for taking in the view, watching the humming birds, reading, dozing off. We spent time at Patagonia Lake State Park - a short drive - hiking, birding, kayaking. We also drove into the town of Patagonia - gift shops with locally made items. We recommend Velvet Elvis for pizza and salad. Robin is proactive and very responsive. The fresh eggs from her neighbor were delicious! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

It was such a pleasure staying at this wonderful Airbnb! The neighborhood was a real highlight – so peaceful and quiet, yet incredibly central to everything. The house itself was fantastic; it provided ample space for my son and me to comfortably spread out. Cindy was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And I have to say, this was easily one of the cleanest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in – truly spotless! We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Todd was extremely responsive before, during and after our stay. His place was remote, private, clean, rustic, beautiful and serene. It was perfect to relax and unwind with the family during our Arizona getaway.

Staying at Alanna's felt like staying at the house of a friend who adores you - and has Martha Stewart-level hosting skills, someone who really has gone above and beyond. As to the basics: the home was clean, welcoming, and charming. The sheets were incredibly soft, the bed incredibly comfortable, the shower was spacious with good water, the kitchen had everything we needed. But what really set this apart from all other Airbnbs I have stayed at (and hotels and resorts, for that matter), were all the incredibly thoughtful touches--not just a dental kit (which was clutch due to a packing snafu), but also folded robes and chocolates on a tray on the bed, homemade body scrub (!), face masks, a fully stocked coffee setup with jazzy Nespresso machine, caramel and vanilla syrups, and a milk frother, and many thoughtful snacks and beverages. It truly was a delightful place to stay, and Alanna was very responsive for every request and patient with my fumbles about checkin details.

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. The property backs up to protected desert- we enjoyed the view and serenity. The pool was wonderful for my grandkids that visited. We all enjoyed the cookouts and family time.

Really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious and the courtyard in the front and the pool in the rear are great outdoor spaces.

We had a great stay, amazed at all the amenities, from good shampoos, great towels, stocked cabinets with spices, condiments in fridge, and most of all supplied K-cups with all the fixings for coffee. Nice hot tub, although we didn't use it, outdoor Blackstone cooktop was nice, also didn't use but we wanted to, just didn't have the time. The outside game was fun. Over all the house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Located conveniently JUST outside the busy part of town on a dead-end street. Peaceful and quiet at night, except for the music from the locale bar on Saturday evening, but it's not very loud and they don't make it late. The little house has everything you need, including a really nice kitchen. Will happily stay here again!
